Hi! your theme is wonderful. 5 questions before buying:
1) Is it possible on the desktop in the customer portal to show the total amount of outstanding invoices and past due invoices? (This so that the client knows when entering how much is owed without having to manually calculate all pending invoices)
2 Is it possible to set reminders for past due invoices by email? (for example, the reminder is sent 5, 10 and 15 days after the invoice is overdue)
3) Is it possible to hide some menu items? (for example domains)
4) Is it translated or can it be translated into Spanish?
5) Can it be configured with the MercadoPago payment gateway?

1) Yes, In client portal, Customer can check their invoice and pay from there.
2) No, that feature is not there. 3)Yes, You can hide, you need to make changes in code files. 4) Yes, We have created separate file for language. you can translate all content to your local language. 5) We have not added MercadoPago payment gateway. You can add it.

your script is great, congratulation for this masterpiece But there is only one annoying thing, the language files does not cover all text blocks of the site.
There are missing a lot of strings. Does not looking serious if my customer see a half translated website. Do you plan to fix this thing?

Hello, please help. When staff members attempt to view support tickets am getting the following error: Ticket not found in Database
And this is a valid ticket that can be opened by admin, the user permission is also enabled to allow the user role to open and edit tickets.

hi, nice work …. pre purchase question is it possible to update the % Projects Complete bar based on the conclusions of the tasks?
I will only have 3 statuses for each task: In progress, Completed and Canceled.
eg: I created 10 tasks, the status of all of them is: In progress then my prog progress bar will be 0%, so I canceled two tasks out of 10, my prog status remains 0%, so I completed a task then mine status is 10%, then I completed 3 more so my status will now be 50%
the system will always calculate the % value on the status in progress and finalized.

Yes, Client can pay through client portal. There will button Pay Now on invoice list and invoice view. Where client can pay. Client must login for payment.
Staff can login to admin portal. We have created user role so you can assign user to their role and they will see only that data which is assigned to them. By default we have created role like accountant or team manager etc.

Admin cannot view what was uploaded in a ticket.
On click on that attachment. That document will be downloaded to your system and you can view in your system.
