With a click, set the price 10 euros to the final consumer, 8 euros to the supplier and 5 euros to the company. In practice, the price of a product with the relative variations (single price of the product) varies according to the role with the Advanced access manager plugin (consumer role, supplier role, company role).

Hi GianHeart, WooCommerce B2B and WooCommerce B2B Sales Agents can be used together, they are designed to be in synergy. But I’m not sure I understand your need, consider that B2B WooCommerce groups are applicable to customers, not sales agents. I hope this information will help resolve your doubts

Hi, this plugin is really rally great. We use this in our e-shop and it change everything. But i have one question or request. Our product (pottery) is sold in packages. So we set this and it works great. But every products has different sizes and if we did not miss anything we can’t set package in variations where we have different prices for different sizes. We can just set different quantity and prices for different group. Not package quintette for different size. Thanks for answer.

Hi, I use the X quantity package and X minimum quantity for several products. Since last WooCommerce version, when I’m in product category (listing), despite the 10 quantity is selected by default, I only have 1 product in my shopping cart when clicking on “add to cart” button. But when I’m on the product page, the same 10 quantity is selected by default, and adding the product to the cart adds a 10 quantity. I used to have the same behaviour on listings and single product page before. What did change?

Just to be sure I understand the functionality of the plugin..
I need a shop that is both B2B and B2C, but I don’t want my retail customers to see my wholesale products. I can’t figure out if the B2B function is visible before logging in or only after? I need it to only be visible after.
As I understand it, the price changes on the products, when you are logged in, but the shop looks the same as when you are not logged in – is that correct? Or is the B2B function placed on another page than the B2C shop?
Also, I don’t want the retail customers to have to log in to make a purchase – can they use the shop without logging in?

Hi stine_engberg, WooCommerce B2B allows you to hide product categories based on the customer’s group, in this way you could manage the visibility of products dedicated to B2B. The appearance of the store does not change when a customer logs in, only different prices are calculated. From the default WooCommerce settings you can decide to allow the purchase to guest customers, regardless of WooCommerce B2B. If a customer is logged in and belongs to a group, he will follow the rules of that group (for example: prices). I hope this information will help resolve your doubts

Pre-Sales Question: a sales agent feature integration would be a nice addon to your module compared to the other addons, which all do not have this feature…is it difficult/planned?
Use Case: very often a sales agent from our company is directly sitting in front of a customer (with an ipad) and advises him what to buy etc. etc.. Then customer asks for the price, sales agent looks into shop frontend, says the customer price (e.g. 100€). Customer reaction: ok it take it but not for 100 € but for 90€.
in that case those sales agents – who got the right because they are allowed to negotiate prices – should be enabled to change that price right in place and to order.
Right now he can’t give up the order…
so is it possible to give SALES AGENTS (new role) the possibility to EDIT prices in the front end / to implement this feature?

Hi Benja, WooCommerce B2B Sales Agents does not have this feature, sorry. The plugin was designed to consider the sales agent as an intermediary between the customer and the shop manager, so he cannot change prices. In my opinion, a convenient workaround could be providing sales reps with discount coupons to use to adjust prices

Sorry for late respond on this. I’ve gone through the demo login. Noticed that it will create a new user group (guest, suppliers, partners). Does that means once I activate this plugin, it will replace the default woocommerce customer role?

I need to have two types of users. retail and wholesale.
On my site on product page, prices are tax excluded. When they go to checkout I would like retail users to be able to buy products, but with tax added. I can do this withh woocommerce settings without problems.
If user wants to make purchase as a company, than they should register, so that i can validate tax number. After that they can buy products without taxes (except if they are from my ome country, Austria)
In other words i need them to to buy with tax if they are persons or without tax if they are companies. But they need to have option on checkout page to pick if they are person or company, and than if they are company they need to register.
Is it possible wit your plugin

When a order is made by a b2b customer can the order, including details like name address etc be sent as soon as they submit it to the vendor and whatever the client details are submitted? In the demo it looks like they just go pending when they are made? We try to avoid login into the back-end, only need the order confirmation and the rest is handled outside WOO..
Hello comgram, WooCommerce B2B does not alter the normal default WooCommerce purchase flow, so for each order the site admin will receive an email notification exactly as it does for WooCommerce. The demo has limitations on sending emails to avoid spam

At the moment, this choice is due to the fact that it would be very complex to make not all the themes on the market compatible, due to too different style rules and this would lead to undesirable effects, which although normal and adjustable with simple CSS, could cause dissatisfaction in many users.
