I bought the plugin and installed it, however, my customers are not receiving any emails with the ticket PDF.
I saw this answer to another buyer: https://imgur.com/a/nmnmn however my WooCommerce settings do not include a tab for “Event Ticket” so I cannot enable all the options needed for this.

We just purchased the plugin and want to know if it is possible to add a format to the Ticket code format? We want just to start with 1 for first ticket and up to 500 that is the maximum number of tickets. Is that possible?
