My client is using this plugin. Do you know whether this will be updated again?

Recently updated to v4.x which supports the latest wordpress, woocommerce and woocommerce subscriptions. Please reach out with any questions or issues.

My client has problems with this plugin and I can’t fix it for her. I hope the author can release an update to make it fully compatible. It seems like other users are having the same issues.

We get the following notice when a renewal order(renewal payment) is made: “an error has occurred while processing a recent subscription related event”

Please see: https:// docs.woocommerce. com/document/subscriptions/scheduled-action-errors/

The renewal orders are not created at all and so the recurring payment is not recorded in WooCommerce, which is a problem.

Could you please release an official update to fix this problem and make sure all works correctly, also for all existing users of the plugin?

Having an issue with non recurring memberships. I’ve sent an email to you

Please direct any questions or issues to our contact form: https://plugindistrict.com/contact

We’ve implemented Zendesk to help us track and prioritize responses. It’s become hard to manage comments/emails/etc for all of our plugins… and we want to provide much better support for you. Thanks for understanding and we look forward to hearing from you!

Everything works however it does not update analytics about recurring subscriptions so our affiliate software does not work how do I make ccbill and woocommerce more integrated.

Can you please hop over to https://plugindistrict.com/contact and send some more information/screenshots around the analytics you are referencing, and we can try and provide guidance. Thanks!

We have not been able to get this working properly. Customers get charged, but it doesn’t seem they’re getting the post notifications to set the customers to an active status. Instead they are stuck in pending. We contacted CCBIll and they said the following:

Regarding the transaction status, it would most likely stem from issues with post notifications. Currently, subaccount 0001 has the Webhooks URL http://woocommerce.plugindistrict.com/?wc-api=wc_gateway_ccbill&webhook=1 and our system seems to receive a 301 error message when trying to send post notifications to this location.

We have added the Webhook URL for standard WooCommerce Shopping cart for non-recurring payments to see whether it will receive posts, however, our system receives an error message 503 when trying to send post notifications to https://spit.exposed/?wc-api=WC_Gateway_CCBill

Any help would be great.

Will be online in a couple days, and can take a look.

Are we going to get any support soon?! We’ve paid for this plugin and you haven’t been around for over a month?

Sorry for the delay. I’ll be online in a couple of days to take a look. Family had been dealing with covid, but getting better.

Really sorry to hear that! Hope you and your family gets well soon! We have dropped a few emails with the details. Should we send another email, or the ones you have will be sufficient? It will be truly appreciated if you can catch up! Take care!

Hello, we see that the domain name is now restored. Can you please check your emails so that we can follow this up? The time is running out, same as our Support Period. Can this be looked at please?

Hello,

Your domain name plugindistrict.com has expired. Registrar Registration Expiration Date: 2020-08-23T16:05:29.00Z

We sent you a follow up email but it bounced back.

Is this still supported, and how do we continue following with this up?

I purchased through PluginDistrict. Subscription renewals are not going through, and I cannot change the status of a subscription

Hello – will have a look at the email and respond shortly

I am having the same issue with orders not updating to paid in woocommerce. Do you have more detailed instructions on the webhooks and making sure the approval and denial post URLS are configured properly?

Approval and denial post urls should be: https://SITEURL.com/?wc-api=wc_gateway_ccbill. Replace SITEURL with your domain. If that doesn’t help, please send us a message on our profile page with login info for CCBill and wordpress and we can take a look.

Hi! We have set up the plugin and worked with WooCommerce to do the integration. When we are returned to the Order Received Page on the site after a successful CCBill payment, it does not update the order to Paid in WooCommerce. Is there something missing in the integration?

Hello – the order status is updated by the approval and denial post URLs which are configured in CCBill admin panel. They should both be set to: http://www.SITEURL.com/?wc-api=wc_gateway_ccbill

*replace SITEURL with your website name

I have those set in Subaccount > Advanced Does it matter if its https vs http ? I used https in my URL

Should be http

Hi! Can you let me know if we already have existing memberships already processing in CCBill, if we can seamlessly move them over to the plugin? Currently CCBill takes the payments independent of our site on a monthly basis. We want to use your plugin to manage this going forward but without users having to cancel a membership and start a new one. Thanks!

Hi – you should be able to do this. Our plugin works with the WooCommerce memberships plugins. Reach out to CCBill support from the merchant admin section and ask them for help migrating memberships to that.

The screenshot under “How to Install” > Step 9, shows two subaccounts; one subaccount for recurring and another for non-recurring. Is it a requirement to have two subaccounts? Will the subscription renewals work with only one subaccount?

CCbill support is very helpful when setting up their side, if you do live chat from the merchant login

Thanks, I’ll get in touch with support to have them help me set that up!

Another question, it says to set the webhook to: “http://woocommerce.plugindistrict.com/?wc-api=wc_gateway_ccbill&webhook=1”

I just wanted to confirm that’s not supposed to be “myurl.com” instead of “woocommerce.plugindistrict.com”?

Yes, should be your url

Hello, I purchased your plugin for CCBILL subscription but I would like a refund as it doesn’t do what I expected. It sill redirects customers to a CCBill page so customers have to enter their details too much time. Best regards, Samuel Rondot

All of the customer information is passed over to the CCBill payment page, so they don’t have to rekey it in. Let us know if that is not working correctly and we can look into it. The only thing they have to key in is the credit card information. This is the only type of payment gateway that CCBill offers…

Hello, I still would like a refund please, I found another way. Thank you !

Please PM us on the profile page. Thanks

I’d like to hire you as a developer to fix some ccbill and woocommerce issues I have. Do you have an email I could reach you by? Thanks, Oliver.

Send me a short message from my profile page, and I can respond via email.

Hi,

I’ve purchased ccbill woocommerce subscription plugin.

I want to add cancel/renew/switch subscription buttons for the customers to view from my account page. Please help.

Hi there, just following up with my questions… please advise? Thank you

Hi – I bought the WooCommerce subscription, but I actually realised I need to use the Woocommerce membership plugin because I need to hide and show content based on the purchased plan. Will your plugin still work with the WooCommerce membership plugin? If its not by default, is it easy to make it work with Woocommerce membership?

Yes, it should work with woocommerce membership plugin

Hello, I have 2 questions please:

1. Is the plugin compatible with WooCommerce 4.x ? 2 Is it possible to see an example of how it’s displayed on a checkout page please? Your live preview is a blank page: https://previews.customer.envatousercontent.com/files/111338126/index.html

Thanks!

Hi – yes it is compatible. Please find an example of the checkout page here: https://plugindistrict.com/files/ccbill-example.png

Hi, thanks for the return! So if I understand the credit card form isn’t integrated in the checkout page? The user is redirected to another page?

Correct, it’s ccbills secure payment form. They don’t offer direct payments from your own site.
