Hi, for point 1, it’s possible but you need to custom the code. For point 2, you cannot do it because for accessing the form you have to login. Let me know if you have another question. Thank you

Ugh, I purchased this just now and see no where under the system configuration where you can update the company, name, logos etc. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I like how clean everything is, but this is odd that you can edit the stuff under Web info.
Nvm, figured it out. Log in as the admin provided and not as a demo. 
I wanted to give a shoutout to sistemator the author of this script. He was instrumental in assisting me over multiple days through Skype—- helping me with his script and errors that I have was experiencing.
