Following is the difference between 2 apps:
Parcel move app : Contain bidding system driver. User place order and near by driver get order notifications. Driver place bid and provide quotation on the order. User select a quote and select the driver for order delivery.
Pick&Drop: User place order with pickup and drop location nearby driver get order notification driver who accept order go to pickup the order. Based on distance cost is calculated.

1. I need this for city courier service with 2 kind of price only. Area 1 which inside the town. Area 2 little bit further outside. 2. The process: courier pick up package and store them to central warehouse. Then warehouse men do sorting. After that courier Will do delivery. Meaning that courier who do pick up is not the same courier who deliver Can you do these customizes?
