Hello! After installing the plugin, there were two problems: 1) OTP messages for a specific operator are not received through firebase. 2) The OTP resend button does not work.
1. If the OTP’s are not being received by some specific operators then please contact your SMS gateway provider as only they can look into something like this.

Hello there, a problem as briefed under when the latest build of your plugin on a website having Martfury theme with Dokan Multi Vendor Business plugin.
1. Installed Digits SMS Login/Register on Wordpress Multi Site
2. On main Site added the Firebase Config Files in the gateway Settings section of Digits Plugin. Thereafter using the PLugin on Main / Secondary SubDomain sites of my Wordpress MultiSite but the problem repeats itself.
3. Applied the Purchase Code for the Green Tick to appear
4. On the site registered a test User A with a mobile number
5. User after Registration is automatically led into the website
6. User A logs out
7. Again User A visits website to Log In with Mobile Number + Password and after filling the details the User sees the White Circle moving in the centre of screen but nothing happens towards entry into website, The same problem is repeated when USER A tried to Login in with Mobile Number + Login in with OTP button.
8. No registered user are able to Log IN with their Mobile Number and Password/OTP
9. Sharing Admin credentials might not be possible SO KINDLY suggest the steps to take care of at my end to begin with on this forum to us to follow and apply.
Maybe you can try to deactivate all your third party plugins and then check as this issue does not look ours and even after that if you are not able to find the issue you can raise a support ticket on https://help.unitedover.com and our team will help you out with this

Hi there, yes user registration and login is what this plugin does and if you only want registration then even that’s possible. Yes you can have gateway from any Indian company but that wont be free and you will have to pay your gateway in this case or else you can use the gateway we provide for free.

Hi there, A single license is only valid for a single website but if those subdomains are your a part of wordpress multisite network installation then you’ll be able to use a single purchase code.
hi! how can one remove all data associated with digits plugin? deleting it from wordpress dashboard and then deleting 3 table with wp_digits prefix doesn’t do the job and some data is still stored somewhere that I don’t know about thank you

I have installed your plugin in my site and worked fine. But recently after upgradation your plugins it is says different different error messages.
At the time of checkout, when user is registering and click on ” Very Mobile Number” then these errors are coming.
From mobile it says : invalid mobile number (Mobile number is 10 digits and in good format) From desktop it says : Mobile number already used (Using non registered number)

No, the plugin is only for login and signup functionality. But we arr planning to add the functionality you mentioned. So it might be available soon.

Hi, I have a suggestion for you. Please change the error message while someone’s login failed. Each time it shows “Error” only. It should be more descriptive, “User blocked”, “Server error” etc.
The error message is generic and sometimes its triggered by some other plugin or service and generally other plugins and services dont pass the error to us so there is no way we are gonna know what exact error it is. If the error is from our end then it will always be descriptive. I hope you understand.
I have wpml plugin. my website is both english and arabia language. Thanks but I mean what happens to the digits license if I activated it in a provisional domain for testing and now I transfer it to a production domain. What should I do so that the license takes my new domain into account? Does the same license serve me?
If you have testing and production version of same site then you can still reqest additional domain addition to your existing license using the above link. That way you will be able to use same license in both websites.
