The captcha you integrated is very much annoying. unable to read in many user’s cases. Would you please replace the existing captcha in login/registration form with Google’s recaptcha !! people are more convenient on this.
We are already planning to implement this as some users prefer our captcha but some still prefer recaptcha 
Pre-sale question…when you mean compatible with all themes what does that mean? I had purchased a theme called Houzez and they have their own popup login page that has a few customization options….would your plugin override it?
If your theme’s form is build on wordpress/woocommerce stardards then yes we’ll override its functionality with ours automatically or else you can even use our modal forms and even we do provide customization options and I am pretty sure there’ll be more options than the current one

There are no replies to my ticket# 700721 although you said you will reply within few hours. i got a reply only when the tiket newly posted and you were requesting for FTP details, after that no replies even for my follow up emails for two days now!
After we asked for FTP details there was no reply from your end, the ticket still does not have any reply from your side.
Check your email support@unitedover.com and you will find my replies, you have mentioned on the reply email “Your request (700721) has been updated. To add additional comments, reply to this email. For faster response, please try to be as precise as possible with all the details sorted properly.”

What is the URL to follow up on the tickets? on your website there is only option to submit a ticket but there is no any option to check my ticket status and update it.

The tickets can only be accessed via emails, there is no link. Secondly we use Zendesk and if an email comes there is no way to delete that particular email from that ticket, its not possible and if you do not believe us you can confirm this with Zendesk. Laslty the only ticket created by you was 700721 and there you stopped replying to us which can be seen here https://i.vgy.me/uSTwqt.jpg. We digged a little more into this and found that both the emails you sent to us were caught by our email provider’s spam system and they didnt even reach our ticket handling system. This issue has already been reported to them so that it does not happen again. Have also asked the team to follow up with you on this.
I really apologise for doubting you initially. Honestly something like this never happened with us before so we were not able to understand what exactly went wrong and why your emails were not being received. I hope you will understand and forgive us.
We all do mistakes, so for sure I will understand. I appreciate that you got back with such investigations outcome. I just fixed the problem.
It turned out I have to use the digits log out from the menu items. (Appearance/ Menus > Digits Menu Items)
I was using the WooCommerce logout endpoints.

We do not do phone number verification on checkout but if someone registers an account on checkout page and provides phone number then it is verified. We do not have an option to skip verification of phone number on any signup for obvious reasons as that way anyone can register with any number, so maybe I register with your number and when you yourself come on the website you’ll not be able to regiter as I am already having an account with yours.

If your theme’s form is built on wordpress/woocommerce standards then our field will get integrated automatically. If not then you can use our form and add a user role selector field like you want or else if you want you can even create multiple forms for multiple user roles.
In the checkout page when the user is not registered the create account field has the email option next to the phone option. I disabled email login in my website. How to disable this field in the checkout page. I just want to use the phone number.

You cannot. What if you have dropdown field which is not a required field and user selects something and wants to deselect it – that’s the purpose of that nothing text.

I have different ad campaigns and sources that send traffic to my website, how can I keep track of where each user that sing up came from? Is there a way to fill in a variable in a hidden field of the form? For example mydomain.com?src=fb1. Then after them sign up the user will have a new field called Src that will store “fb1” and then I will know the source of that sign up.
