Why has this plugin now been updated to ensure compatibility with latest version of Avada, Wordpress, and Woocommerce? Would you PLEASE UPDATE YOUR PLUGIN TO ENSURE COMPATIBILITY.

Thank you for your excellent plugin
I designed the woocommerce account page with your plugin for a client site.
When I update WooCommerce to version 9.2 and higher, by clicking on the WooCommerce order number in the user account, the page is refreshed, but the order details is not displayed.
This problem does not exist in version 9.1.4 and by clicking on the order number, the details of the order are displayed properly
But when we update WooCommerce to version 9.2 and higher, and by clicking on the order number, the order details are no longer displayed!

Hi, sorry for not answer you sooner…. We are trying to fix it but it has been not works…It working fine with version for WPBakery and Elementor. Seem this theme is not support to do that…. Now, please use the original My Account page… We will find the solution to fix this as soon as possible.

This plugin does not include or display “Taxonomies” products in the archive page. For example, we use the brands plugin, which does not support the category page layout. I sent you a support ticket. Please fix this problem.

I am using Avada Layout builder.
When your plugin is active and we have used the Layout Builder, the account forms will be duplicated in both login and logout mode !!
I tested, when I use the Avada Layout Builder for header, footer and breadcrumb , 3 copies of the form are made.
That is, one original form and 3 copy forms, which show a total of 4 forms on the screen!
That is, it creates a copy of the forms instead of each part of the Layout Builder.

Does this work with the fusion page builder on regular pages or does it require that I created page templates that then are used with products / categories? It’s just I bought WooCommerce Product Page Builder for Avada and then found I could not use the elements within the reglar page builder.

It’s not supported in our plugin but you can put anything after the elements in the template. For example, you have a plugin to help you display upload field in the product page, it will work in our plugin and you can move the upload field to anywhere that you want by using the elements or shortcode… Or you can also create a topic on our support forums. Our support team will help you and make our plugin fully compatible with the plugins that you want if possible.
