3.Replace shipping tax (with employee names) ( I need current employee name somewhere but I prefer replace shipping tax button employee name and switching)
4.Put in custom amount for all categories ( Any way to keep an open product and with custom price )

Please help me with these, I have been stuck and if you think these are very hard we are ready to happily pay you extra for the work.

I have few pre-sales questions:

1) Can it be integrated with the telephone system caller id, so that if a customer calls the second time for updating the order or, placing the new order, your system automatically pops out the information of the customer calling.

2) If there is a table booking in a restaurant, does it have any option to enter how many people would be sitting on that table and, can it be printed on the receipt too about number of person?

3) lets suppose a table is booked and the order is placed, now at the time of billing the customers decides that they will pay their individual bills, is their any option for that?

4) any possibility to print reports by filter from the pos itself? For example if their are three different payment methods like Cash, Card & Online. Now i want reports of sales for only Card and Online payments. Any option to select payment modes as multi-select and get the reports printed without downloading the excel?

Hello, I have been asking for customization for over 3 weeks now but I haven’t gotten anything yet.

Currentyly the process of placing order (worklow) is very long. It takes me 11 steps to finish an order. For my use case, I simply want the following:

Step 1 – Sign in and view the dashboard (have ability re arrange or add/remove dashboard items) Step 2- Select Dine In or Take Away from Dashboard Step 3: After selection of dine in or Takeaway, the system goes to Categories view of items as default. From there the cashier inputs order items to the cart Step 4: The cashier then increases quantity in the cart and add notes in the cart Step 5: Cashier clicks Checkout, collects cash or card money from customer, and then receipt it printed.

That’s it.

I am testing OpenPOS plugin and I like it. I have some questions regarding returns/refunds:

The z-Report composer shows the following data:

TOTAL SALES: 49,19

CASH

..........

SALES 69,19

REFUND 20,00

NET 89,19

the NET reads this payment.base_total_currency_formatted. Shouldn’t NET be equal 69,19 – 20,00 (- instead of +)? This refund is displayed in the z-Report of the POS frontend, but how it can be displayed in the default z-Report of the backend (admin) as well?

1. Barcode Print: Filter by category and even by attribute would be great. One more suggestion, to take advantage of the built-in woo filter, what do you think about adding “barcode print” in the BULK Actions menu of the default products page?
2. Reports: many shops have shifts start from one day and end at the next day (e.g: from 5PM to 2AM) which means 7 hrs from day 1 and 2 hrs from day 2. So, in order to get this data, the TIME needs to be specified in addition to the date. What do you think?
3. Dashboard: Do you think you can take advantage of WooCommerce Charts (Analytics/Reports), as a library and style, to display OpenPOS data in the dashboard? (a kind of using existing powerful resources for your plugin)
4. Opening Cash: in some cases, a cashier may receive X amount and fill Y in the POS, whether intentionally or by mistake. So, print out of Opening Cash receipt solves this trouble. What’s your thought about this?
