Looks like you are using incompatible version of node. Kindly ensure following dependencies
node: v16.13.0
npm: v8.1.3
ionic: v6.18.0
cordova: 10.0.0
delete existing node_modules, package-lock.json, www, platforms and plugins folder
run npm install again.
then run npm audit fix—force
finally running ionic serve should work.
