Hello, i bought yesterday your plugin and i’m having an odd issue: when i try to insert a product manually (inside the product page in the backend), whatever i write the full name of the product, a piece of it, the exact name, the results are always the same. And some of the most important products aren’t being showed in the selection. How do i fix that?

Besides that, how do i change the “Add selected to cart” text in the button (in the product page in frontend) to another text?

1. As I understand your plugin remembers if I bought item A and item C that next time it will automatically offer to next costumer item C when he/she will add to cart item A. Is that correct?

2. Can we also maually set in admin “cross sale” rule-setting, that will work together with rule described in 1.? Example: in your plugin we set rule if costumer buys product from category G that in cart your plugin offers also products from category J and K and shows them together with your automated rule described in 1.

We’re getting a “Uncaught ReferenceError: wc_add_to_cart_params is not defined” javascript when we click the “Add Selected To Cart” or “Add All To Cart” buttons.

I’m assuming this is because we have “Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives” turned off in our Product settings? We need to have this turned off for our cart to work consistently. Is there a way around this?

I promised to client to finish configuration todday or tommorow and now I’m stuck. There seems to be no link to plugin settings after the instalation as well. Very disappointing start.| There is message for activation but there is no way to activate it. It sweems that I need to install Redeux framework but no link to download it. Documentation doesnt work. I reaaly hope this is not the indication if future issues that I will have with this plugin but as of now the confidence is product is pretty much 0.

Hello, a pre-sales question. It is great that automattic algorythm can figure out what to put together. But in some cases we need to manually add specific products, for example – we want ot make sure that specific flowers will have vases offered during the checkpout process. IS it possible to have an automatic suggestion algorytm in place while combining it with manual addition in some cases?

A presales question. Can bought together proposals be only manual? That means:

- if I leave the field “Manual bought together products” empty the whole section should not exist in product page.

- if I enter only one item as “Manual bought together products” only that product should be shown in the product page.

I have have installed the plugin and also uploaded the ‘bought-together-product.php’ file into my child theme. website path: //wp-content/themes/flatsome-child/woocommerce/single-product/bought-together-product.php

But the plugin isn’t working, it isn’t bring in the bought together products. I think my website isn’t reading the bought-together-product.php file.

What can I do to fix this?

Currently the product page is showing Related Products (at the very bottom, I will remove this once finished), Up Sell (just below the specification text) and Cross Sell (top right of the page). I want the plugin to be displayed in the top right where woocommerce cross sell is at the moment.
