1. I thought maybe an issue with ionos.com 2. Tried gmail, still same problem… 3. Tried setting up the email through my host, still same error… 4. Just signed up with https://mailtrap.io – but still same problem.

but still get the same error.
Please advise if I need to give you access to help resolve it.

Yes got your emails after switching from ionos.com to Gmail.
ionos.com said I was not getting emails from you because your email is not an RFC Compliant in which the MX record set on the sender domain is using an Aliax/Cname and not the actual MX record.
I do not agree with ionos because Gmail is more popular than ionos.com and I get your emails at Gmail.

It would cut down on the about of emails you get and will explain why it takes a very long time for you to respond.

we have done installation on our server, but when we tried to upload logo or change name or enable other settings its saying access denied – you can install only on one domain. even though we are installing it only one single domain—is this a bug or what , Kindly assist to resolve this ASAP.
