a Bitcoin transaction generally needs 6 confirmations from miners before it’s processed. The average time it takes to mine a block is 10 minutes, so you would expect a transaction to take around an hour on average.
But you can configure the Multi-Coin Crypto-Payment Gateway to confirm user invoice on 1-5 bitcoin confirmation to process user order faster and this might take 1 minutes or more depends on the bitcoin network.
if someone sent the amount but closed the page, will the script stil wait for it on the background and mark it confirmed?
Yes user can close payment page once bitcoin is sent If the transaction receives a confirmation, your invoice will be update automatically. (Min 1 bitcoin confirmation)

In your documentation, you state “No transaction fees (other than the BitGo Fees)” ...but I looked around the BitGo site and can’t find a “Pricing” page or any reference to fees – can you provide details of these fees you refer to?

Apparently BitGo is giant of all crypto currency API provider and used within multiple financial organizations such as Luno, Coinjar, Remitano, Paxful and more as a safe and robust wallet for transactions , Going with the market trends, we too believe that BitGo is one of the safest and secure wallets for trading and making transactions of bitcoins.
But nevertheless if this happen we will update our script to use any alternate API that Is easy to use and very secured.
