Hi! In this, the option of live broadcasting from multiple Facebook accounts should also be made. By repeatedly installing accounts of different people on your site can be avoided. Thank you.
Thank you very much for your suggestion. We will surely consider it.
I have install my key in a test website. I need to activate in the main website because the test has been aproved, it gives me an error “Your key has been installed on another domain(xxxxxxxxxxxx.com)” Can you help me please?
Hi there,
You can deactivate the key on your test website from the license page and then activate on the live website. Otherwise contact us via item support email and we will be able to do it at our end. Thanks.
is this compatible with wp 5.4.1 and php 7.3?
Yes, it is.
can you update it on the details . It doesnt show that it is.
Done. Thanks for pointing out.
i would like a refund of this plugin. it is not what i was looking for.
Hi there,
Please share more details about the problem you are facing and we will be able to help.
i thought it will enable a post on public view when the facebook embed goes live. and when the facebook embed goes offline the post will go in hidden.
But i have to remove post and renew post everything manually.
Post still remains after facebook embed goes offline.
thats why i want a refund.
The plugin does not create or remove WordPress posts. The plugin provides you with the ability of creating Shortcodes. You can put Shortcodes on any post/page. It is possible to create shortcodes for Currently live videos as well as Recent live or Uploaded videos. It is also possible to display one or more Recent Live videos when your Facebook account/page/group is not live.
If you want to show some previous live videos if your Facebook account/page/group is not currently live, it can be achieved by the following steps:
1. Create an embed code for recent live videos of your Facebook account/page/group. Copy this embed code (shortcode). 2. Create an embed code for currently live video of your Facebook account/page/group. Select “Show Custom Message“ in alternate behavior and put the copied Embed Code in it (The embed code created in step 1). 3. Now put the second embed code (created in step 2) in a WordPress post/page. 4. By following above steps, recent live videos will be displayed if your Facebook account/page/group is not currently live. If your Facebook account/page/group is currently live then live video will be displayed and recent live videos will be hidden.
I understand that. that is not what i want. I read in blog post somewhere that this plugin would also remove wordpress posts when faceboo went offline, but it doesnt! I already tried to code it myself but i cant get it to work.
Please give me a refund….
Sorry but we never claimed that the plugin creates or removes WordPress posts. It allows you to create Shortcodes and use them in your content. Yes the output of shortcodes updates automatically with the new content of the Facebook page/account/group.
i understand what you are saying. There is no point of having the plugin. I cannot use this plugin anymore, can you please issue a refund and disable my code?
Good morning. Pre-sale question. Is it possible to automatically insert Facebook’s live video to the website as the first post? thanks.
You can create Shortcodes using the plugin. You can create a shortcode for Currently live video of your page/account/group and put it on any page/post. The video will appear automatically on the page/post whenever your account/page/group goes live.
Ok. Thanks. A last question. I wanted to understand but the live video is automatically inserted on my home page. I am sending you a screen shot.

Yes, you will have to put the Shortcode on homepage.
Grazie.
I purchased, installed and activated, but it does not show up in the menu to set the API or any settings. Sent support email in, but haven’t heard anything.
Sorry for the delay. We have already responded to your support email.
Still hasn’t been resolved.
We have responded to your email.
Hello SleekAlgo,
I love your plugin!! I am on the 3rd license already and plan to use it for all of my streaming clients.
However; on this last setup, after I set up the App ID and App Secret, I noticed that this time when I click the “Log into Facebook” button it shows the following error:
App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don’t have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.
Not sure what to do next. Any advise would be appreciated.
Thanks
Hi there,
Thank you very much for contacting us.
This means that the user logging in on the settings page of the plugin is not an admin of Facebook app being used. Please add the Facebook User as an admin to the Facebook app. You can do it by going to developers.facebook.com and then to your app’s Roles section.
Please feel free to contact us via item support email in case of any issues.
Hi, I am not sure why the page reloads twice before it fully loads the videos
Hi there, the page should only load once. However the videos can take few seconds to load based on the length of videos. Please contact us via support email in case of any issues.
Hello, looking to purchase your plugin. does it work well with elementor page builder?
Yes, it works with all page builders.
Hello, will this plugin embed only the videos from page that I own, or can it embed videos from ANY page? Thanks
Yes, you must be an admin of the Facebook page. Thanks.
Hello my facebbok fan page is ran by multiple people on facebook so I was wondering if they go live will the live video show on my website or am I the only one this will work for??
Yes the live video will be displayed on the website whenever your Facebook page goes live. Does not matter which of the admins is currently using the page.
Live is not being detected on the website. The other embeds on our website is working but not the Live (https://flc.family/live) Please help!
Hi there,
Please contact us with more details using the item support email and we will be able to help.
Thanks.
Will this work for Facebook videos that are premiering, too? We prerecord our stuff, then release it “live” as a premiere.
Yes, it does.
EASTER SUNDAY WEBSITE FAIL!! Getting this error,”Error loading: (#4) Application request limit reached .” What does this mean and more importantly, how do you fix it?
Hi there,
Thank you very much for contacting us and sorry for the inconvenience.
If you are using Recent Live videos or uploaded videos embed codes, please make sure you enable cache for them in the embed code configuration and set the duration to something like 100 minutes.
This will significantly reduce the number of requests being sent to Facebook API. Fetching Recent live and uploaded videos is an expensive operation. If you keep the cache disabled for them, they will load fresh every time a visitor opens the page. This can cause the Facebook app to reach its request limit. The cache option in the embed code configuration is for the exact same purpose.
Thank you.
Getting this error… “Video Unavailable…This video may no longer exist, or you don’t have permission to view it. Learn More”
Are there any restrictions on the video? Please make sure the video is a public video with no restrictions.
We have also responded to your email. Please provide more information in reply to our email, if the problem persists.
How do I get this plugin to work on both my websites? I tried to install it on the 2nd site but it says that it is registered to the first and will not activate.
Hi there,
Thank you very much for contacting us.
One regular license is valid for a single website. For additional websites, you will need to purchase more licenses.
You can move a license from one website to another by first deactivating it on the old one and then activating on the new one.
However, if your websites are using same domain, you can use a single license on all of them. Please send us an item support email in this case, to get it sorted.
I want to create a pay per view and restrict the page showing videos.
If I change the public privacy settings on FB would I be able to restrict people watching it on my page and have them only able to watch on a protected Wordpress page?
Hi there,
Thank you very much for contacting us.
The plugin currently only works for public Facebook videos. The purpose of the plugin is to embed Facebook videos on your website and Facebook does not allow embedding of videos that are not public.
We plan to create an option of using a custom player on the WordPress website instead of Facebook embed but that is still in thought process. If we find it possible, it will take some time even for an experimental launch.
Hi, I plan to buy this plugin but I have a few questions.
If I am the administrator of a group where several people share their own live stream (from their profils), will the plugin put their live streams on my website?
Yes it will embed any live stream that is broadcasted in the group. The group must be a public group though.
Thank you! So it can’t be a private group even if I’m the administrator?
Just one more question:
Does a post with live stream always appear at the top? For example: I did live stream 3 days ago and today I will do one more stream. Will my post appear as a new one or my old post be edited and appear at the top?
I’m apologize for my English. I hope that you understand me.
Yes. Private videos cannot be embedded. Facebook does not embedding them on any external website.
The plugin does not create WP posts. You will be creating Shortcodes using the plugin. You can create one Shortcode for Currently Live Video of your Facebook account/page/group and you can place it anywhere on your website. Similarly, you can create Shortcode for Recent live videos which will show Recent live videos. You can set a limit to the number of videos to be shown using this type of Shortcode. The latest video appears first.
Thanks.
Thank you for your response
Is it possible to do it, but not on my account? For example, with account of person which want to add his stream on my website?
No. The plugin does not support logging in visitors to embed their videos. Only admin can create Shortcodes from WP-Admin after logging in to his/her Facebook account.
Can I add their stream on my website?
- The user can only create embed codes for his/her own Facebook account.
- The user can only create embed codes for Facebook Pages he/she is an admin of.
- The user can only create embed codes for Facebook groups he/she is an admin of.
Ok, I have the last question: What if in my group there will be e.g. 20 live stream or more at the same time?
Thank you for your help.
For Currently Live Videos, it will display max 10 videos currently live in the group. For Recent Live and Uploaded videos, it will depend on the max limit set in the Embed code configuration; it can be more than 10 or any number.
Hello,
How do I disconnect my account from the plugin?
Thank you very much for contacting us.
If you want to login with another Facebook account then just click Renew Access token and login with the other account.
If you just want to remove your account then go to Facebook.com and login to your account.
Then go to Settings > Business Integrations and remove the Facebook app you have given access to.
Hello,
I just purchased & installed/activated the plugin. I have followed the steps but when I try to login to the facebook account, I get the following message:
“Facebook has detected Display Name isn’t using a secure connection to transfer information. Until Display Name updates its security settings, you won’t be able to use Facebook to log into it. Can’t Load URL: The domain of this URL isn’t included in the app’s domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and subdomains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings.”
Please Advise on what to do. Thanks
Hi there,
Thank you very much for contacting us.
Facebook is enforcing use of HTTPS for all Facebook Login apps. They have set this setting ON by default for all the apps created in March 2018 and later.
This means that having SSL enabled, is a requirement for Facebook login to work on your website. We have mentioned it as one of the hosting requirements on the plugin page as well.
You can use any free or paid service to get your website SSL secured.
The other error means that the domain entered in Facebook app settings does not match the domain where the Facebook app is being used.
Thank you.
I installed it after I saw the FB error message.
I copied and pasted the entire URL above into my developer app and clicked save.
I then refreshed the settings page in WP and tried it again with the same results.
What should I do next?
Any ideas?
Nevermind… My host helped me get it to work.
Glad it worked!
