Nice plug-in, but it won’t get popular because it’s missing a lot of things:
1) There’s no way to change the chart height. It’s just too big and takes up too much space compared to the content. It would be enough to add an option to lower the chart by 1 or 2 lines. Then it would fit on many pages or look good in the list view.
2) Many social media are missing. There is FB, Twitter and VK. Results should be promoted. LinkedIn, Pocket, WhatsApp and many others are missing.

This is a very attractive plug-in for advertising agencies or companies that would like to monitor the scent of their products or brands in a simple and economical way. The plugin deserves more attention, but has not enough features (it doesn’t work properly with some themes, e.g. JNews – we reported it by e-mail). If statistical tools or ranking lists appeared in the plugin, it would be a very attractive tool for many PR agencies and media houses.
We have already mailed you, the problem that you indicated is not related to the plugin and can be solved via some styles customization.
The plugin hasn’t had an update in 9 months. It was bought by 11 people and we tested it on over 20 installations – it’s a cool plug-in, but not a sophisticated product. If it was perfected, you would have tested it for compatibility with dozens of themes, even before publishing.
You claim that a theme that has more than 10,000 installations should be adapted to your plugin, which has 11 installations and has not been updated for 9 months.
Again, I am not claiming that the theme should be adapted for the plugin, I’m just saying that the theme overwrites the styles of the plugin. This is neither good nor bad, it is a fact. This means that theme styles are higher priority or have stronger selectors. In this case, you have several ways, you can add custom styles for your case and do not use the Opinioner plugin if something does not suit you. Besides, the items from Envato Elements do not include the item support.
This is the best promo for this plugin, made by the author: do not use the Opinioner plugin if something does not suit you. That explains why only 11 people bought this plugin for almost a year. If you don’t want to make money and you don’t listen to customers, why do you offer anything at all?!

We always help and take into account the notes and wishes of our customers, but first of all, these are the people who purchased our products. You have downloaded our item from the Envato Elements(or even from third-party sources, we don’t know for sure) and at any time you can go and download any other item that will be more suitable for your purpose. But at the same time, you want us to buy the JNews theme for $60, check how our plugin works with this theme and adapt it to this theme so that it works just for you.
The WordPress universe has a lot of themes and plugins created by different authors. We cannot check our product for compatibility with each plugin or theme. In case, there is a compatibility problem (which is very rare), we provide solution ways individually for items purchased from CodeCanyon.
The date of the last update of our plugin is known to us and we plan some improvements when the turn comes.
As we wrote, we like the plugin. It’s a good plugin, but like your other plugins (interesting and innovative) it won’t break through if you don’t listen to your customers. The plugin has too few features, settings, too few social sources (only 3), there is no possibility to change the height etc. or cut the chart fields. It also does not work with other popular Envato themes because it has been published like fast-food and has not been tested with other themes for compatibility.
If you had done this before publication and tested for 9 months, you wouldn’t be wasting your time and ours. And sold far more than 11 licences.
As I already wrote, we understood all your notes and add them to our list for the future updates right after your first comments.
Hi, I tested the demo and I think this plugin has the potential to improve, the graph only points out the amount of vote and does not show if a positive and negative result only the voting waves which is not useful to know which option is having the most wishes. Many resources can be useful for this plugin, I wish your team success and I hope to come back here in the near future and see this plugin even better.

Google shows a rating only for “Stars” rating systems. This plugin uses a different rating method. But maybe we can do something about it in future updates. Thank you for pay attention to this.
