Hello, You’ve developed the Theme Motor mobile app, that’s good. only, You limited it to Android 8 and 9, it also limits the traffic and the number of connected on our sites. Consider extending this application to version 5 of Android. We have more people having smartphones with Android 5. thank you.

The code of the Motors App has been already tested by Android and Apple. You can review our test app on the google play market and AppStore. Please make sure that you correctly signed up your certificates to your app and Apple Developer ID. That process doesn’t relate to the Motors App at all. Please try to contact the Google Developers support center to clarify the problem

there is no issue with certificates.. issue is with code … as some of the library or some files are using UIWebView and that is deprecated and apple is not accepting apps after 20th April 2020 .. your app and your app bundle is definitely registered before 20th April 2020 hence that is working.
If you could try a new bundle id and then try uploading new build you will be able to see what issue the app code has.
I am sure you will see the issue and will fix it on priority basis.
More to add .. issue is not with Android app as you refer it to google developer support …. issue i mentioned above is with IOS app building process as i have clearly mentioned it in message above.

Video followed .. but some of the node_modules and libraries are using UIWebView ... thats why it is being rejected …... Please check the issue at your end before repying .. please check your liberaries and modules in the code that you are generating on your website by this command “grep -r UIWebView .” It will show you the modules and liberaries that are using UiWebView. Please fix it to your earliest.

The app is not working. Its a demo mode. There is no connection with server after you changed the URI. No registration mode. I think the app should not be public until they repair the basic work as you will lost a lot of hour for work that should be done by producer, even that you are not able to use this app. I have tried with automatic- rendering install and manual. All is the same. Demo mode without connection with your server. They are missing IMPORTANT CONFIG DETAILS in install MOVIE and MANUAL to work APP properly. I think all about to pay for service. This is not the way I`d like to work.
