I am doing a new woocommerce website https://shoptotallyblind.com/product/2-5-fauxwood-pure-white-and-silk-white/ . I have added a few product variations. So I have a drop-down for height and width and price is great as per the price set in that variation. The requirement is, I want the user to enter custom input for width and height of their house window something very similar to http://www.tbcoverings.com/products/faux-wood/18/
Is this functionality possible using this plugin?
Let’s say if I have a price of $5 for window width 24 inches, $8 for window width 28 inches, $12 for window width 32 inches. Now if the user inputs the window width as 27 -⅜ Inch So price should appear as $8. And if user input window width as 29 -⅜ Inch then the price should appear as $12. You cannot compare sites that don’t use the same eCommerce software. The site you wan’t to replicate isn’t in WooCommerce and doesn’t even replicate a variable product like the one in your site. I don’t think that you can use a variable for something like that.
While the plugin has a math formula price with you can use to make calculations like the ones you want, this is only true for the options created with the plugin and not directly for the product or variation price. What this means is that you can create the width and height text boxes and multiply them, but the result can only be attach to another option created with the plugin, if that makes sense.
Actually I am redesigning that old website using WordPress /woocommerce so I need to find a solution for this. So is it possible to achieve this functionality with this plugin math calculations through the options creations in the plugin?
Also, I have 4 different products with different price sheets. Is there any restriction on the number of options? Can I set options with conditional logic or math formula to get the required pricing as per the height, width input entered by the user?
Also Is there any refund if this plugin doesn’t fulfill my requirements.
- I told you want what you can do regarding this matter. You can create options for width and height and have the calculation result as a price in another option.
- I don’t understand the question. If you mean restriction in the number of options overall that would be in conjunction with the computer that creates and the options or is viewing the site.
- Refunds are possible only when the product isn’t working as described, not because you wanted the plugin to do something that it doesn’t.

I thought that I have explained that part before. No, you cannot use the plugin to directly manipulate the product price like you want. You can only manipulate option prices.

I didn’t say anything about redirection. I told you that isn’t isn’t anything in the plugin towards that direction, meaning what you want to happen. The plugin doesn’t affect the product quantity at all in such a way.
If you have in your page a div HTML tag with a class of tm-floating-box-nks then the floating totals will display there instead. You will have to do some css customization to get to display correctly (initially it won’t)

It doesn’t what sort of builder you are using Elementor or another. The options are being displayed on the action hook that is configured at the plugin settings->display tab->Placement.

Hello, is it possible to have an addon calculate its price based on a native WooCommerce Variation. So if the user chose 1 the addon is $5, 2 the addon is $10 etc etc.
You can’t have price breaks for the addons. You can however use a math formula based of the product price.
after I insert the additional fifth the value changes. Does your plugin do that?

Is it possible to have a different tax class for products and add-ons? Some configurable products need to have a different tax amount based if it’s a service or a tangible product.

No, it isn’t possible since the addons are embedded to the product price. This is possible only for WooCommerce fees (which you can create). Fees are attached to the Order, not the product and displayed in the subtotals section, not the cart table and are not multiplied by the quantity of the product.

We want to offer discounts based on the number of options selected (we use checkboxes). For example, 5 checkboxes = 10% off, 10 checkboxes = 20% off. Just to let you know though, you won’t a single plugin to do all of that. Chances are you would have to get multiple plugin to create this.
Hi. I get a huge white space above the options, when using variable products. It also seems, that the height of the white space is the same like the options need. Any ideas how to fix this?

This means that either your theme or another plugin that overrides WooCommerce templates isn’t compatible with your WooCommerce version. Please open a support ticket for anything more.

I also upgraded from WooCommerce 3.6.5 to 4.2.0
And I am running PHP 7.3
And WordPress version 5.4.2

NOTE: I updated the ” EPO ” plugin by completely deleting the folder in FTP and then uploading the latest version .
I also did the same for the WooCommerce plugin.

On the front-end the “Extra Product Options” is partially working.
And on the backend I do not recognize or even see how to alter my settings for each “single product”.
It’s as if the plugin was completely RE-structured ( RE-factored ).

Additionally, under products – - > edit – - > Extra Product Options – - > Builder ( tab ) : I do not see anything. It just a blank white space.
And under the ” Normal ” tab I get an error message that says, ” Before adding Extra Options in this mode, add and save some attributes on the Attributes tab ”.
What is really weird is that I do not recognize anything like what I used to see from a year ago when I was using this plugin .

Hi. I’m looking for a product options plugin that does the following for my artwork website.
1) We have several product categories (decals, canvas, wood and steel). Products within a category often share the same color swatches. E.g. every decal artwork has have a set of swatches they all share while metal artworks use a different set of color swatches.
Is it possible to setup a few master swatch options (e.g. one master set of swatches for our decal artworks and one set for our wood artwork)?
2) Sometimes we need to add or remove a color swatch so we need be able to go to a master set of swatches (e.g. the decal swatches) and add or remove swatches and have it instantly update across all products that use that swatch set. We don’t need it to tie to any inventory database, we just need to be able to update the master set and have all products that use it automatically update to reflect the new options. Is this possible with your plugin?
3) Some color swatches may update the prices of the artworks (e.g. The steel artworks usually update the price and weight of the artwork while decal swatches don’t affect the product prices). Is this possible?
4) Sizing of artwork will update the prices and weight of some artworks (e.g. The steel artworks usually update the price and weight of the artwork while decal sizes only affect the price but not the weight). Is this possible?

First of the plugin creates addons to the product, not anything else, so the answers will be with that in mind.
1) You can create global forms that are for all product, specific product categories or specific products, so no you don’t have to do this on every product.
2) Yes, that is what the global forms are used for.
3) The options you create may or may not add to the product price, this is up to you.
4) The weight isn’t currently being affected by the options, only the price. There is beta addon you can use for that that adds support to add to the product weight for checkboxes, radio buttons and select boxes.

You can create color swatches, but I don’t understand what you mean by “above price in single product display” and “change the main image of the product when i click on every color option”. If you mean you want the image to be colorized when clicking on a color, not that is not possible.

On that product you linked, if you are logged in the support forums, you will see a big green button labeled “Download the CSV for this product” which you can to import the option on your product.

On the product you linked before those are not attributes. It is a radio button element created with the plugin.
What is why I told you to import the csv file for that product so that you can how it was done. If you don’t want to do its ok. The process is simple. Create a radio button, set the “Use image replacements” to yes, set the “Changes product image” to “use the image replacements” and just create the choices with the images.
The documentation is at https://epo.themecomplete.com/documentation/woocommerce-tc-extra-product-options/ but obviously there aren’t instruction on how one can use the options to create various stuff like that. It is only to let you know what this setting does.

This isn’t an import product, it is import options. You use it on an already purchasable product by clicking the import csv button on the plugin interface. I said before “import the option on your product” on “import a product with options”.

Except the builder tab, i cant do something like that on the Normal tab? now i use the normal tab to set extra options like size and it is pretty simple. But if i select option radio button on the Normal tab i dont see any option there for image replacement, i have to do it on every product through Builder tab?
No, you cannot use the normal mode for this I’m afraid. The normal mode currently only exists for one specific reason and that is to have option prices based on the selected variation.
You can use the global forms to create options that are for all product, specific product categories or specific products, so no you don’t have to do this on every product.
I cant have an attribute like radio selection (an element) that will be saved and i can apply it every time i want to use it on Builder? something like the import csv option but with the difference that i dont want to import the csv every time, i want if possible to create an element or a section on the Builder from a saved template (I dont want it to be applied globally on all products, i want only to apply it when i need it)
The builder doesn’t work with attributes. If you want to just apply a global form to a product without doing anything else you can select it from the “Include additional Global forms” setting found in the settings tab (builder-normal-settings). There isn’t anything else you can do about this really.

There isn’t anything like that. Most buyers just use the import/export csv for that purpose.
For example i want in some products to add a radio selection form for color that will use image replacement and will have 3 choices per row. is there a way to not have to manually set the label to “Color” or the images per row option to 3 every time i need it, except import csv?
You can only do what I describe above I’m afraid, there isn’t anything else regarding that work flow.
You should consider it for a future update, the ability to have templates on Builder. They could appear when we click on “Add Element” on Builder on a “Custom” tab

Your question has nothing to do with the plugin though. You just hide all of the product information with that code. You cannot actually hide only the add to cart button conditionally with php code as the default WooCommerce templates don’t have something you can utilize for that. You would have to customize them and adjust your code accordingly, or use a JS solution. In either case you should consult with your developer as this isn’t really about the plugin.
Hello, I have an issue with Products module on product page. I have a list of products shown as a dropbox. When I select one of the products, it scrolls down. The problem is that it scrolls too far down. How can I fix this? Maybe I can disable “Scroll to” functionality all together? Thank you in advance for your answer.
