is it possible to upload the faq’s and answers per csv file or so to do in bulk? I have many faq’s what i have to upload.

Just purchased the plugin, downloaded and went through the usual steps to install it. Plugins folder shows it as being installed but I can see it anywhere within my dashboard??? Anyone else experienced the same issue???
