there is nothing called ideal size, it is different from screen to screen. go to the demo and check the image size then make your images the same size.

you showed me an image that it isn’t designed properly. that doesn’t mean the script isn’t mobile-friendly. you don’t need to reinstall anything, you just need to make your images sizes correct.
by the way, the support doesn’t include any of those requests that you ask. the support is only to make the script work properly, your content is your responsibility.
