why the order sent to kitchen without print ?
SEND is complete different with PRINT , so, send it mean send to kitchen screen
I am not going to use your kitchen view I will use printer instead
after you sent kitchen how you will you find order for print it without the customer’s name ?
ah, i know why you try ask on comment, cause your support has been expired. when send kitchen, kitchen no need know customer, they just need takeaway number , who has that takeaway number will pickup and goto checkout bar
yes I have been waiting 1 year for your product to be modified up to a certain level so I can purchase more times, the software not ready for use my clients will bite my head off
how the waiter will find the order ? with order number ? not a good ideawe have 2 way to make a takeaway: #1: paid first , takeaway later => made order as normal, switch takeaway in checkout popup ( for single payment mode) . #2: takeaway order first paid late , when takeaway ready , there are a button checkout in takeaway to checkout, that step will add customer informations. I have no response more in comment. Pls use my support system. thank you!

but my question is why the order should be sent to kitchen or print without customer details ?
and why the cart become empty and cant find the order amongst 100 takeaway orders when it’s time for checkout
you take customer details first or the order ether way the result should be the same, you take the order detail & customer detail than you send it to kitchen printer

seem the ORDER you talking about is TAKEAWAY WITHOUT PAID , it mean the paid action happen when order ready to pickup , cashier will click checkout and do a checkout process with payment , customer details if available.

we are looking for a software solution to manage the inventory. We have many products (sweets) in our online shop. We also sell a “surprise box”.
When customers order this box, we take some products out of the warehouse and pack them in this box. The inventory is minimized and we have to specify it manually for all products in woocommerce.
Is it possible to scan the goods with your plugin and minimize the inventory?

yes, you can use with bundle product plugin to made “surpirse box” , the inventory if element ins Bundle will update with stock inventory. tks

Hi, thanks for interest to my plugin. There are 2 report, #1: default woocomerce report, it show all sales report in system, include POS sales and online/ default sales. #2: POS report, it shows sales data made via POS only

Your plugin is good and I’ve been recommended by a few people to purchase it.
However, from what you’ve told me it seems like in the woocommerce default dashboard both online/pos sales will show together. Is there not a way to separate the online sales report from POS sales?
There are a few other POS plugins which offer separate reports or then they have comparison reports built into the woocommerce default report. However they don’t have other desired features/functionality that your plugin has; which is why it would’ve been amazing if your plugin also provided the default online sales report.
The reason I would’ve preferred having default online woocommerce reports separate from POS is because it makes life easier distinguishing the the return on advertising spend on marketing efforts.

Yes I’ve seen the demo and I understand there will be a separate report for POS, but from the demo it seems that POS orders are getting added to default woocommerce report for online orders.

for table: select table>> add items to cart>> send to kitchen/print, order saved automatically in table. after table paid the order should move to paid orders section mean Dine orders>>Paid section
For Pickup: Click takeaway button>>add customer name, Phone>>add items to cart>>select time e.g ASAP/8:30pm>> send to kitchen/print, order saved automatically in takeaway orders list .

Hi, we are having major issues with processing cards with this plugin. We just processed a clients card like 5 times because it never created a new order. If we go to orders, it says Pending Payment. But the card was charged. Please help.

We are using Stripe. It was working fine. And now it charges the card but does not create an Order in Woocommerce. It says Pending payment instead of Processing.
