why the order sent to kitchen without print ?

I do understand your 2 way to make a takeaway orders which is good

but my question is why the order should be sent to kitchen or print without customer details ?

and why the cart become empty and cant find the order amongst 100 takeaway orders when it’s time for checkout

you take customer details first or the order ether way the result should be the same, you take the order detail & customer detail than you send it to kitchen printer

Dear Sir or Madam,

we are looking for a software solution to manage the inventory. We have many products (sweets) in our online shop. We also sell a “surprise box”.

When customers order this box, we take some products out of the warehouse and pack them in this box. The inventory is minimized and we have to specify it manually for all products in woocommerce.

Is it possible to scan the goods with your plugin and minimize the inventory?

yes, you can use with bundle product plugin to made “surpirse box” , the inventory if element ins Bundle will update with stock inventory. tks

Is possible insert de SKU in the print receipt?

yes, it is on each item loop at receipt template composer, <%= item.product[‘sku’] %>

We were looking for where the file is to add this line and we couldn’t find it.

in receipt template composer https://prnt.sc/t62ml7 , for email receipt . it is default woocommerce email template, you can customize it . our receipt template just effect with print receipt instore . you can check the guide from woocommerce https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-print-invoice-packing-list/#:~:text=If%20you%20go%20to%20WooCommerce,settings%20as%20you%20adjust%20them.

Before purchase I would just like to know whether Online woocommerce sales reports are presented/graphed separate from POS sales or do they show up together in the native woocommerce reports?

Yes I’ve seen the demo and I understand there will be a separate report for POS, but from the demo it seems that POS orders are getting added to default woocommerce report for online orders.

I’m wondering if it is possible to have default woocommerce report only for online orders minus POS orders?

your Epos works good but you guys need focus on restaurant and takeaway Epos concept and reconfigure the system

the restaurant Epos don’t works like this, you made it to complex

the main concept are very simple

for table: select table>> add items to cart>> send to kitchen/print, order saved automatically in table. after table paid the order should move to paid orders section mean Dine orders>>Paid section

For Pickup: Click takeaway button>>add customer name, Phone>>add items to cart>>select time e.g ASAP/8:30pm>> send to kitchen/print, order saved automatically in takeaway orders list .

after order paid the order should move to paid orders section mean Takeaway orders>> paid section

For Delivery: Click Delivery button>>add customer Phone, name, delivery Address, >>add items to cart>>select time e.g ASAP/8:30pm>> send to kitchen/print, order saved automatically delivery orders list. after order paid the order should move to paid orders section mean delivery ,orders>> paid section

is there any way you can add new customer by typing the telephone number in search customer box when the phone number don’t exist in database it should ask you to add as new customer and continue the form by adding details ?

2 different section can see same with online order ( order has been synced to website ) , not local

admin/pos/receipt template, create template and composer your content , assign back to register by admin/pos/register/edit your register , after done, save , logout and login pos again to take effect

Hi, we are having major issues with processing cards with this plugin. We just processed a clients card like 5 times because it never created a new order. If we go to orders, it says Pending Payment. But the card was charged. Please help.

Halo i have question. For example i have 3 outet A dan 5 outlet B, i am master admin so i can see and managing outlet A and B but i want outlet manager for outlet A can see transaction of outlet A (only A not B ) in real time., that is posible?
