hello, if I buy the addon “Email Filter” and activate the disposable email registry block, will the system detect only?
That is, they detect it from its end and verify if it is not disposable mail and if it is it rejects it?
Could you edit the message that the user displays if she tries to register with a disposable email or that is not in the list of supported domains?
This would avoid that the user has to verify her mail by means of Link or Code?

Yes, if you enable email filter for disposable emails then the system will detect if someone is trying to signup using such service and will give an error that emails from that domain are not allowed. Yes you can edit the error message. We do not do any email verification by link or code at the moment, but we might have that in future.
Great plugin. Poor Support
So far I’ve been enjoying the plugin – great concept. Great design. I purchased both Digits and WPnotif. But I’ve had issues and questions and the technical support is really poor. I’ll ask questions, and get a reply 24-hours later . But the replies are EXTREMELY basic – and do not resolve any issues. Instead, I have to ask again, for more information. And the replies do not resolve the issues. So every 24 hours it’s a cycle – I ask for more info, 24 hours later I get a reply that is useless. Because of this, I’m disappointed in this plugin. You have a great concept – but there is no follow through in your support department.
I can just see a single ticket created from your end and for that the first was given within 14 hours https://i.vgy.me/WhImkS.jpg even when we mention our general support response time to be around 2 days in our support section. The second reply definitely took a little time but even that didn’t take 2 days. Tickets are served on first come first serve basis and since we all our going through a tought time right now I think you should understand that replies can take a little longer, even fortune 500 companies support is taking days, I am not sure what are you expecting from us even when we reply to you within hours. Now let’s talk about the content of your email ticket, it contained simple questions in points, we answered those in same points but you found our responses to be basic. This is what you wrote in one of your points https://i.vgy.me/mEwFdT.jpg it says nothing about what is not working what issue are you facing or any details!! isn’t this basic? how are we supposed to understand what’s wrong?
I am sure we do make mistakes but support is a two way road, you will only get what you ask for and we both need to co-operate with each other.
The time delay isn’t an issue for me. What I am expecting is REAL answers. Answers that really help.
For example, I asked: I asked if you had something I could add to function.php to create a drop down of all the countries? The reply I got was: You can add custom dropdown or existing WordPress or WooCommerce field from the Forms tab—> Add Field option in our settings.
I already knew that. But that did NOT answer my question, which was if you had code I could add to functions.php to add a drop down with countries. I replied to clarified my initial question – and never got a response.
I also asked about integration of Digits and WPnotif on the registration form. I have a field for mobile, which saves as digits_phone digt_countrycode and digits_phone in the database, but in the user profile, the field for WPnotif number remains blank. That’s because in the database, this is stored in wpnotif_phone in user metadata. Why doesn’t Digits update this when it added a new user when both plugins are installed? I never got a reply to this, other than – If you are using Digits, then there is no need of adding number in WPNotif field. Does that mean that when I send SMS notifications through WPNotif that users who have a blank WPnotify field will get messages? If this is the case, change your interface so that when both plugins are installed, the field for WPNotif mobile number in Profile is hidden.
So my issue with support is that they look at the tickets, but they either read them too quickly or don’t understand them clearly. The answers are designed for entry level users, and do not provide any value for someone who needs the more the more technical answers addressed.

I really apologise for the trouble you faced, recently we are seeing some influx in email tickets and that might have caused this all but that does not mean that its not out fault, we are at fault here and the email team should have replied to you will details and I will definitely get this all looked and make sure this does not happen again. Regarding the functions.php code its not possible, but I have even added this in our requested feature list and marked this as the highest priority thing, so this might be available very soon, maybe within coming days.
About WPNotif and Digits Fields, WPNotif is smart enough to look for number in Digits Field -> WPNotif Field -> WC Billing Field, so even if you have entry in any one of these fields, the notification will be sent. The reason we don’t hide WPNotif field is that we are planning to make use of that aswell and give users more control over the fields which you’ll see in future updates.

Regarding the country drop down, should be an easy one. But currently, you fields are extremely limited. (ie no URL fields, no validation fields, no real phone number field – just number, etc.) I ended up creating a country drop down by using the Builder and pasting a list of values from GIthub,
But the other issue with WPnotify – I just had to keep my fingers crossed that it worked.
Also, another important thing to change is how your custom fields are displayed in the User Profile. They are merged as slug, instead of the readable value, I ended up making fields for all of them in ACF and hiding the Digits data.

I dont think this plugin is for login/registration, so Digits should definitely work with it. Regarding WPNotif notification I dont think it will work with this, but will add this to requested feature list and will add the compatibility for this in WPNotif soon.
Thank you. They use their own login / signup page that replaces default wordpress login / register pages and redirects to their own customer dashboard. As a quick solution, i really appreciate if you can provide any hook to show Digits login/signup page instead of their custom page. So I can place it somewhere in theme’s functions.php. Thank you
Here is no hook which can do such a thing. But you can create a redirection from their page to our page for logged out users using any free redirection plugin

This plugin has many conflicts with woo-wallet aka terrawallet plugin. I had to stop using it cause of that. Cannot afford to mess up with customer wallet right?
The issue is not with Digits, the issue is from terawallet’s end. I can see that you created a support ticket some time back saying the their referral is not working with our form signup, then how is that our issue!! its their referral system, we have nothing to do with any referral system, the plugin is just for signup and login function and if you have any third party attachments to that functionality and if that does not work that its not our issue in any way.
Referrals? The issue or conflict is with JS or I guess jQuery. Even I am surprised why it has anything to do with a plugin like Digits that handles login/signups. I am unable to click on account menus due to the conflict. Once I deactivated digits, things started to work just fine. What do you just I do?

There are two queries: 1. Can we disallow simultaneous login and force a user to login from a single device?
2. Can we bind or tie a user login to a device and disallow login from any other device unless the admin releases the bind and then the user can login from other device. Main idea is to stop sharing of user accounts.
If these features are not available, can you take these as new feature requests?
You can make new addons and make them available for sale. These features are especially useful for membership sites in order to stop or discourage sharing of accounts.

Hi there, just got this checked by the developers. The plugin uses WordPress standards and its hooks to insert these and it depends on WordPress – where it makes the entry. If you want totaly control over it, there are plugins out there to optimize.
No I am not interested on controling it. I would like the plugin to include the code at the right place as mentioned by firebase. I undertand from you that there is a conflict which means firebase standard from google is wrong or wordpress standard is wrong and apparently you are saying that google standard in firebase is wrong. Do you have a link to explain why google standard is wrong?

Is it possible to keep each and every feature active expect OTP on Registration?
I want to keep mobile number field in customer account field I want to keep mobile number field for otp login I want to keep mobile number for all other features in woocommerce and digit plugin.
But I just want to disable OTP on Registration.
As of now we do not allow skipping phone verification on registration, we might have that in future but that’s a big loophole. This way, even I can register with your number and someone can spam your website and when the real phone user comes on your site they’ll not be able to register

If someone start sharing others phone number then no issue in future they wont be able to login with phone number.
Be we are facing main problem on checkout page, on checkout we should have option to disable phone number verification.

That is not a specific requirement. It’s a very normal requirement. You can see that amazon also not verify OTP many times until you turn on 2nd step verification.

in ecommerce website we do not need to do anything if someone is registering with fake numbers because at the end, they are the one who will be facing issue while recovering account.
And I asked it only because your plugin is not compatible with many checkout plugin and you have no guts to make effort to make it compatible with those plugins without asking money on the name of custom development.
Not limited to that I contacted those checkout plugin developers and they were ready to make it compatible so I contacted you guys and asked you to share a test license key for few days so they can try to make their plugin compatible with this plugin but you peoples were too hunger of money and denied to provide a test license and asked me to make payment.
And last, Digits is your plugin and you should provide option to control it’s uses.
Digits is forcing to use otp on checkout which we do not want so it’s basic thing that you should provide option to disable otp on checkout.
Woocommerce is nothing without checkout and if you can not make your plugin compatible with checkout then atleast provide a option to disable Digit Plugin on checkout so it will be an alternative option that will allow to use this plugin with other plugin without uninstalling it.
As of now I am forced to use only one plugin between Checkout Plugin and Digit Plugin.
You are very much wrong with the example of Amazon, Amazon does not require OTP verification if you put the number in billing field and even we do not require verification for that. But if you change number linked with your account in amazon they do verify it with OTP and so do we.
Regarding checkout plugins, we are compatible with WooCommerce as you might know and all the plugins which use WooCommerce standards for checkout are compatible with our plugin. Now if you use some plugin which do not use any standards then we are not at the fault, if we receive enough requests regarding that checkout plugin we will definitely add compatibility but if you are the only one requesting the compatibility then it can only be added with custom development. The plugin sold on codecanyon is a generic plugin for generic needs, there is no way we can satisfy all the custom needs, there is no way we can add integration to some plugin which is just used by you or has very low integration requests rate.
Regarding test license, there is nothing like this, we do not have any test license, licensing is controlled by codecanyon, we are not authorized to give out random test licenses. We are not hungry for money but there are some ethics which we follow and even I think even you should learn to play a fair game.

For AMazon: I am also on the same point. Amazon do not ask otp while registering a account but when customer try to change mobile number they ask for OTP and that is fine.

So we have no issue if someone start registering their account with spam number because using such behavior will create trouble for them at the time of changing mobile number because they won’t be able to change without mobile number without OTP.

So I can understand that you may not want to integreate it for any reason but atleast you should provide testing server license so that developer can get the integration done.
However, After denial of it All I just requested you to provide feature so we can disable OTP on checkout page.
And here I did not asked something out of box, no integration with any other plugin but just a simple option in your plugin so I can decide where should I keep it active and where not and this was a very basic thing that I asked you as a last option and you considered it as customer work.

And about Digits Plugin, I am not unhappy with it. This plugin is way beyond awesome and it do have great features.
At this point let’s forget that particular checout design plugin. If I use any single Order Verification plugin on checkout which is based on woo-commerce standard. Then a first time user will need to enter OTP twice.
1. They need to first otp as they will be creating account on checkout and 2nd OTP will be needed for Order Verification and trust me nobody else want to enter OTP again and again.
So, If you add that single option (Disable OTP on Checkout) to your plugin then that will fix many problems other problems and nobody will ever need to think while before installing any other plugin to improve checkout.
As of now I am not even thinking about the checkout design I just thinking to add order otp verification for all orders and with DIgit it is working great. But when a new customer ordering a product for first time, they are required to create account on checkout page and in that case customer is required to Enter Digit OTP for creating account and then OTP for placing order.
So there are 2 OTP need to confirmed by user if they are ordering something for first time and I just want a single OTP for any new or old registered customer and for that I need to disable Digits otp on checkout page but your pluigin have no such option like that.

Regarding order verification, no we do not do any order verification at the moment, we are planning to have this feature aswell but if we add it you will always be able to turn it off.

Hi, can you give admin access of demo install to test if it will work with learnpress? Theme I use is Avas, and it has learnpress. On learnpress profile page it has login and register option, I have to see if digit will work on that profile page of the learnpress for all learnpress actions.
As of now we do not provide backend demo but as per your explanation it looks like you are asking if our functionality with work on learnpress login and signup form, so that might not work as it looks like they might be built on wordpress/woocommerce standards. But you can still use our own forms and those users will be compatible with learnpress
Good day, i purchased and activated digits on my website, i noticed that when people sign up, they get verified automatically, which is not meant to be so. This means digits plugin bypasses the verification process. Digits plugin is not supposed to bypass it. Kindly look into this urgently. Thanks.
Hi there, I am not sure what verification process are you talking about. No one can create an account without phone verification
just few presale question, in my country, all numbers don’t receive sms on the normal route from the sms providers like twillo due to what is called DND which mean “Do Not Disturbed” activated on their on some line. I don’t know if this feature will also affects OTP code probably its not like normal text messages.
OTP SMS are generaly delivered by transactional routes and those are not affected by DND. Do not disturb works for promotional SMS, they do not affect transactional messages like OTP, order notifications or something which is not promotional in nature.
