What do you mean by ‘end-user are not charged for’? Charged for what, specifically? Say that I have an app for people to book massages. I am not charging anything for the app, but the massage service must be paid.
Does that fall under your ‘regulations’?
2. How many of those ‘screens’ and ‘widgets’ are actually available to the Flutter version?
1. That mean when user must paid when use the app, like in google play paid app, or user paid to unlock feature. if its paid for services like your case its no need use extended license
2. we have 204 unique screen

Very bad written Code, instead of using Grids, Columns are used , Really seems like written by Flutter Noob and I mean NOOB is Caps. A lot of mistakes while designing , this designs can make it hard for you not easy. Just Go with Material Flutter by Material Io only that seems better
