Did you setup your Two factor authentication for your account?
Yes I do. But I have only one admin account. So I can’t access to manage all the things.
Please go to the database of the installation via phpmyadmin, select the users table, find your user and simply make sure to have the twofa_secret column completely empty. This will reset it for you!

I would simply suggest to run this in the phpmyadmin where you have your installation:
UPDATE users SET twofa_secret = NULL;
This will make sure that everyone will not have any twofa activated.

Hey, so I have the script fully set up and set a package for myself offering all features but when I go to set things up, the branding option is greyed out as are analytics, seo, pretty much everything. But I have the package set up to allow these things. Also, where do I change the branding info so it can point to my website instead of just saying by biolink?

Make sure that after you create the package / edit the package features from the admin panel, you also use the button below the form to update all subscribers of that package.

This is the ‘admin’ default password.

One more quick question: are all users automatically set to one month? I had to manually change my own user so it wouldn’t say the package expires in a month. I’d like to make it so the package doesn’t expire.
Automatically, all the users get the Free package. The expiration date for their package depends on what package they pay for (monthly or annual).
Also, you set your own expiration date and you can set it to years ahead so that you dont have any problems with this.

That is not something that you can change as that is how sessions work. If you want to avoid this, simply use the “remember me” checkbox when logging in.

I saw the Views folder and every file there is PHP. There is no HTML file we can edit to make changes? Im confused as to how I can make changes to the homepage. For example changing Phpbiolinks.com to a specific name. etc…

Hey, please think about creating API for basic features for extended users. If we directly convert the site into webview app then it becomes too complex for mobile users to operate.
Most of my users are from mobile phone. It will be good if I can able to create app using api and show them to download.

Unfortunately, this is not something that can be done in a matter of hours or even a few days, as you basically have to rewrite all the functionality, to be available on REST API endpoints, which is something that I do not plan on doing in the near future, at least for now.

I can understand your point that it need lots of work. You can still think about it because you have 800+ buyers for this code. If it had less buyers then it was not worth giving too much time but you got good amount of buyers for this. Or atleast make the creation of bio links simple in mobile format.

2 more questions issue that I am experiencing that im sure its something easy.
1. I created different packages yet they are not being listed on the front page where visitors can select (The service i am trying to provide is free depending on if they are part of an internal group) 2. Adds are still showing up even if they are part of a package that shows that there is no adds to display ( i have Update Package Subscribers and even created a new package but the adds from website settings>ads> Biolink page footer: Still shows up )

1. To enable to show other packages I need to enable the payment system which I will require to pay 399 for the extended license to enable the Payment system, correct (even thought I don’t plan to charge)?
2. I disabled it (when you looked) because it was keeping the adds on. I just enabled them via the Website Settings>Ads>Biolink page footer and if you take a peek, you can see that its enabled even though the package says is disable.
