I can understand this is only for web apps and not android app but what about people who using mobile phone to login, there is so much issue in it and 90% of people use there mobile phone to connect, are you people planning to do some improvement or not ? Almost all academy themes nowdays are coming with inbuilt live streaming and many features, You are making each features as addon on that what is the use of paying you so much as addon and that is also not perfect. Atleast make it perfectly mobile friendly, we are loosing our business because of this.

i cant set up live add on in my app

I m add live class addon. i m admin of my web. im use my JWT Api then i can run Live class in teacher panel in my zoom app,

in teacher login on another pc and use meeting id and password using on his zoom app. then live class not working. its come “Joining Meet Timeout” Message.

after i m add that teacher zoom app JWT APIs then its work. then i can create live class. why that error comming?

Please make Jitsi as alternatives to zoom, our school have custom jitsi server will be interesting to use your LMS. I think many school adopted custom built server by jitsi.

Pre-Sale question. Can we restrict the user to generate certificate before finishing his online classes on zoom?

For example: After I install the addon and create 5 live class schedules for 5 different dates. The candidate should be able to generate the certificate only after completion of all live classes.

Alternative method: Admin/instructor will enable the generate certificate button only after completion of all lessons.

There was error which I fixed by adding https. But now facing other Major issues. There are these following issues 1 Even the new meeting is setup and it works for one student but other gets this message “The Signature has expired” and cant join meeting. Pls see screenshot below. 2 Sometimes the users audio or video does not work and sometimes one of that works but not both. User was on 26MBPS internet and iphone/ipad with Safari browser. Other user was on Chrome and 100 MBPS internet on windows. 3 The shared screen is shown as 1/4 in the other users screen. Pls see screenshot below. User was on 26MBPS internet and iphone/ipad with Safari browser. 4 How to remove the instructor and total enrollment from the screen? It is accompanying the space. 5 When clicked on Join Audio something opens up overlapped by other window so not able to click and choose. Pls see screenshot below. 6 What is the best server specifications in terms of RAM is needed? 7 Is the load on my server or ZOOM when I run live class?
