I tried to set the Directory on your server but saying the directory is not valid. I also am not recieving email notifications. I recieve emails from form submissions, but nothing from this plugin. Please advise how to make this work.

Hi, This plugin is missing an essential feature when using daily export schedules.
currently the plugin schedules the export at the same time you save the export configuration. So if you create an export at 16:40 the schedule export will run everyday at 16:40.
There is no way to specify the exact time of day you want the export scheduled for. in my case i have 4 exports that i want to run everyday at midnight so i export all the data from the previous day. in order to set this i have to wait till midnight and go into each configuration and save them again.
if i decide to make a change to the configuration i have to make the change wait till midnight and save again.
please correct me if I’m wrong and let me know if there is a way to achieve this without using the method above

I want my scheduled emails to be sent daily at 4PM everyday, but am getting an email at midnight AND 4PM each day. Easy way to turn off the midnight email?

How can I retro back to a specific date? For example…today is May 22, 2020. I want to receive a CSV that shows all entries from April 23rd or any specific date of my choosing, to the current date.

I am not sure if there is a language barrier or this author is intentionally providing vague answers to avoid having to provide REAL support. But either way, I am very disappointed and don’t recommend this product.

I want to schedule my export entries only on certain days of the week (Monday – Friday) – is this possible? How? Can’t figure it out.
Hello, if you set the start export date to Friday and choose weekly export schedule them your export task will be run each Friday. Thanks

You are not answering my question. I also got the same kind of unsatisfactory and vague answer to my support ticket on this topic. So is it not possible to send a DAILY report that skips Saturday and Sunday?
If you choose Daily option, it means the plugin executes the export tasks every day. Let me know if it’s clear now? If you want to have additional behavior like do the export every day and skip weekends, then it will require a custom code, we can give you the quote. Thanks
