Hi Ryan, I would like to ask again before buying the plugin, if your plugin supports saving the credit card info via Payment Tokenization so that customer would not be entering again their card number when they buy?

Order Transaction completes but order remains payment pending and after a few hours order is cancelled.

We purchased this license on january 2020. Plugin is working nicely. but, from cybersource requested below changes to continue a gateway. 1. please amend the Sensitive wordings like “Not Sufficient Funds” displayed to cardholder to avoid potential privacy/security issues, you could use the words like “Transaction rejected, please contact your bank … (Reference Number: xxxxxxxxxxx)” we suggested on connectivity test plan 2. it is strongly suggested to display unique reference number like transaction_id to cardholder, in case there will be transaction query. first line support on transaction query might not be provided by us if no reference number was provided to locate the transactions in gateway. Can you please provide details to solve this problem?
