Hi Youssef, many thanks for your prompt reply message. Just to confirm I did install the patch and followed Sultrios instructions correctly. Sultrio then also attempted it and discovered that there is a compatibility issue with the latest version of Youzer and my Theme (Which was working perfectly with all earlier versions) . The second problem is when I attempted to restore a backed up version of my site, it is not allowing me to restore it to that point for some unknown reason. So the site now remains corrupted and unusable. I have an important musician artists profile, which i need to add to the site at the request of a Journalist / record company. This cant be done and is looking very embarrassing for us!! Plealease can you try to help resolve these issues. Yes, actually we are using our own media system to avoid conflicts with third party plugins. you can find the youzer upload folder files on the path : “wp-content\uploads\youzer”.

Also you can find the media of each user is their profile media tab or widget. and you can use the shortcode [youzer_media] to get all site users media

Yes, that’s a default behavior because the shortcode contains a link and it cannot be added inside another link.

The shortcode should be added automatically by default if your theme is following the standard structure of headers. if it’s not appearing please consider using our support forum so our team can debug the menu to get the id and edit the snippet for you to make it works with your theme configuration:)

Actually for the extensions licenses their support is limited to the extension you purchased related issues.

But it’s okay you can get an extension and we will help you with issue you mentioned above but please note that for any other youzer related issues you will need to get a separated license ^^

Really Appreciate this Youssef. I have purchased two of your extensions. How do i go about someone looking into this? The videos are there but not visible.

Also had a couple of more questions basis the social share and instagram connect:

1. Why is Instagram not available on the social share plug in i purchased? 2. Also on the instagram app to link in the user. Did exactly as per your documentation. But whenever someone clicks on the connect with instagram button. It shows the following error:

I’ve spent almost a week just to get all css issues addressed. I always have to wait for the following day just to get a reply and it’s driving me nuts. please do something about it Youssef. I have simple styling issues which can be resolved in minutes if only support is not limited to one answer per day.

- Sorry, we don’t have a clear list but if you are a buddypress user you will notice the difference easily also if you have any confusion about any features we would love to clarify them for you.

5. Do you have any public speed scores and ratings for Google and gt metrix?

- Actually, they won’t be accurate as it depends on the server, theme, other plugins used then youzer, and even with youzer : if a page contains 10 posts with images is not like a page with 5 posts with text only, or videos so any measures won’t be fair at, as it all depends always on the page contents that might vary from a site to another.

6. Is it possible to hide certain features and profile features from member groups or have special markings for them?

- Can you please let me know which features you are talking about so i can confirm to you ?
