The “Request a callback” feature allows users to request a callback using email. There is currently no solution to call on WhatsApp through the third-party platform.
Our plugin also allows users to start chatting with support persons without saving their phone numbers. In other words, your customers and users can contact you on WhatsApp through our plugin from your website.

There is no shortcode widget purely manage from settings.

Custom agent message Allow you to set a custom message for each agent that will be displayed on the chatbox
Custom user message You can choose the predefined user message that will be sent to the agent phone number
Type user message Allow your users to type their own messages before sending it to the agent phone number
