Can we do something like this using this theme?

I am not able to filter categories on country-level. For example, if I select USA, all deals from USA display. But when I select say the shoe category, all shoes from all countries show. When can you fix this? I want to be able to view ‘Shoes’ from USA only for a particular search for example.
