Maybe the email with the retrieve password is going to your email spam folder. Have a look on that. In any case just try to go to your phpmyadmin and delete the user. Then just go again to your website and register with a new user. The information is still saved on the database, so it won’t be lost in case you delete the user.

Hi I have few technical issues. Firstly, How I can change Titles in Home page like Services/Price text label. Secondly, Other display pages shows 404 when I selected it. Just send us your website link and FTP access so we can have a look on those issues. You can do this either through our support forum, or mail us at geral@ezcode.pt. For changing text, you need to go to admin/assets/languages/ and on this folder, you’ll get the en, the fr and the pt languages. You just need to find the correct word and replace it with your own text.

One thing I noticed is that your Event calendar seems to be a newer version than the calendar in this Script, another is that on Custom pages the Site slug is bad, would be great if there was an option to set a nicer url. Would you be open to create and sell addons for this Script? There is a Lot of potential in this if you offer more funktions. A bulletin Board would be great and comments and Share options on Blog posts as example

Ok great. Comment and Share would be great Features. The slug Problem on Custom pages should be fixed. Another suggestion would be the add more options in Admin Panel for elements shown on site; like more options to change what is shown in Footer area. Currently the Links in footer are fixed and cant be changed or deleted. Is it possible to change the main menu order? Can there be custom links (external) be added in Main and Footer menu. More flexibility in site apperance would Reality make this an excellent CMS. Last opinion: the Script Name is Not Good for Sales, you should publish the next Update as new codecanyon item under better (unique) name

For that you can go to your admin area, and just navigate to WEBSITE ELEMENTS > FOOTER INFORMATION, and there you need to go to “Other Info” area and scroll down to the bottom of the page and just delete the “Footer Text” text that you have inserted in that area.
if you want to completely hide that area you can go to SETTINGS > CUSTOM SETTINGS area, and then just add the following css rule:
”#the-end { display: none; }”
(Don’t copy the double quotes. This is the only way we can write in this area.)

I’m an inch away from getting another CMS solution since you refused to help me fix this mess. Most of the database tables still have no primary keys, and they have 3+ entries of the same records. Even editing in PhpMySQL seems impossible. I dont understand why you didn’t think of a simple thing like this from the start. You literally have one database table for every little thing. There is a table for the website logo (which is only one logo for the whole website). Why do you need a whole database table for 1 logo? You have a table for “contact”, another for “contact type” and yet another for “contact form” and they are all completely useless.

First of all, we’ve been helping you since the beggining, through email support. It’s true that we use one table for each item. This is easier for editing, and make changes to the script. What is the problem with that? Where are you having troubles with the script? Where can we help you?

The problems are numerous. I dont even know where to start. I am currently recreating all the tables to properly define primary key to id fields.
After that I need to fix problems with your activeabout table and why the values never update.
After that I need to find a way to code independent web page titles and descriptions for each page (because right now there is only one title for all the pages, not good for SEO).
After that I need to find the router file which controls URL display. For example, “website.com/about”. I need to also include blog posts to that URL structure (currently blog URLs are still “website.com/post?id=53” instead of “website.com/post-slug”, even though there’s slug in the database table)
After that I need to create independent pages for each service (this is better practice for SEO). You cannot have services listed on the homepage and whichever one you click links you back to the same service page. This is not enough, there must be independent pages and the URL should be something like “website.com/service/what-ever-service”. That means service table entry will auto create slug too, just like blog posts
After that I need to fix the testimonials. Currently it only allows for text and name of person, no company name and no position of the person in the company.
After that I need to fix the hover problem on team members. The text is white and does not darken the team member image so that the text can be clear

We are currently updating our script with the most of the issues you related, and we will try to have this fixed as soon as possible. right now the URL’s are inside the functions.php file. About the SEO issues the way to fix this is to add the page title right to the ID of the post, or page you want to use. For testimonials you just need to add new fields and change the table just by adding some more new fields to it. You can set the ID of each table to be primary key. we believe that there must be some which do not have that option, but in general they are working correctly.
Which lines of function.php control the URL construction?
Also, I cannot find any database table for testimonials. Which table did you use for that?

You can see the functions relative to the blog posts under functions.php file from line 6500. After that you’ll have also the functions for the pages. You can change there what you need. also the slug creation is under blog functions. The table for testimonials is called “testimonials”.

“line 6500” from functions.php was just your guess. That line has nothing to do with the question I asked. Are you sure you made this script by yourself or ‘obtained’ it from somewhere?
Being unpolite with us won’t solve your issues. First of all if you don’t see table testimonials, you might have missed the correct database, or maybe tables haven’t been all installed. About functions.php file, we gave you the start of the blog functions, for posts, slug, and url, which was what you wanted to change. You need to use the slug and connect it afterwards the ID of the post for SEO improvements.

First of all, sorry about my comments on the testimonial table, it was so far down the list of tables I didn’t notice it. You have 78 database tables for a website that didn’t require more than 10 well structured tables to achieve. That’s why the website is so slow. Every little process requires a new DB connection and querying a different table.
As for functions.php , the line you gave me (65,000) is wrong. Tell me the name of the function you used to construct the SEO urls. For example “website.com/about”

Hello rj0403. Thank you for your interest in our script. Relative to your question, unfortunately, multilevel menu, isn’t possible with our script. The only way, is to add it as customized option hard-coded on the script. About the blurry on tha slider, you can manage to remove it, just by using a css rule, that you can add under custom css area on the admin panel. Best regards.
