hi, is the recurring feature available yet? Say if i set a 24 hours countdown starting at 12 mid-night, and it restarts everyday
Hi Adamvalentino,
Thank you for your interest in Elfsight Countdown Timer!
Unfortunately, the functionality you’ve requested is not supported in our plugin yet, we are very sorry!
However, we have a wish-list tool where our people can request any new functionality they need – https://wishlist.elfsight.com and we’d appreciate it very much if you posted your feature request there.

Hi, currently, if you set the shortcode to operate as a “Install to required position” the text and the timer are on 2 separate lines. All the other options allow for the text and time to be on the same line. Is there anyway I can set that option to have the text and timer on the exact same line? Thanks
Hi jordan122333,
Thank you for choosing Elfsight Countdown Timer!
Unfortunately, the “Install to required position” is not provided with the option to adjust the text alignment.
However, you can try to customize it with the help of CSS code as this opportunity is supported in our plugins.

Hi. 1. I can create a countdown timer badge and apply it to 50 different products, with different dates. (I want to use a simple product, sale price dates) How is it possible to do it?
2. Supports Dokan
3. The countdown can be specific to each user, such that when User 1 views the page for the first time (such as Monday), they say they have 48 hours to use an offer. When User 2 views the page on Tuesday, it also gives her a 48 hour countdown to the same offer, while User 1 would see 24 hours left in her countdown. (This is extremely useful since each user thinks that there is a limited time and the time is specific for their visit).
4. Your demo does not work https://elfsight.com/countdown-timer-widget/codecanyon/?reset_frame=true
Hi Santiagohz,
Thank you for your interest in Elfsight Countdown Timer!
We will be happy to answer all your questions.
1. You are welcome to create one widget for the needed product and install each widget on the corresponding product page.
2. Unfortunately, our app doesn’t support integrations with other apps yet.
3. A widget set tp Remaining time counter per visitor type remembers a user for 24 hours, and once the time is up, the timer will start from the beginning for this very user.
4. The demo is working fine now, our apologies for the inconvenience.
If you have other questions, please feel free to ask.

Elfsight

I used this plugin once but it shows white at the top of my header when I click the “x” button so I was discouraged even though I like it. I’d love to use again but I want to know if you’ve fixed the issue?

Thank you for your interest in Elfsight Countdown Timer!
Yes, this issue has been fixed since. However, if the fix doesn’t get applied on your website, please, start a conversation at https://codecanyon.elfsight.com/contact and we’ll be happy to check the issue.

Can this plugin display a content section after the countdown finishes?
Hello Invisibleinkasia,
Thank you for your interest in Elfsight Countdown Timer!
No, unfortunately, this is not doable with our plugin. After the countdown is finished, you can either hide the timer, display a message to your visitors or direct them to a specific URL.

¿How lm put the top countdown on my home?
Hello mclimay,

Hi, I’m needing this for an evergreen webinar registration page. The webinar runs every 15 minutes. At 00, 15, 30, 45 minutes. Is it possible to have this timer count to each quarter of the hour? Thank you!

Hi there, I’m trying to use the “install to required position” option but by default it stacks the “message before timer” on top of the timer. Is there a way I can still use the “install required position” option and have the “message before timer” on the left side of the timer? (Similar to the way the “message before timer” is on the left when using the static and floating position options).

Hi there!
My suggestion below appears to have been requested by paulrigby, yosualb, eldread, celediaztristan, tim2013333, YgorDon, and more before me, going back more than a year. (Making up about 10% of all comments on this plugin to date.)
I’m just curious if you ever plan to add the ability to have the counter automatically reset every time it hits zero, or be activated specific to each user. An “evergreen” countdown.
Example 1: The counter counts down from 5 days every time, when it hits 0 it starts over again. (Makes it so that a sale always appears to be running and generates that sense of urgency, but in reality it is just a permanent sale. This way the admin doesn’t have to manually reset the clock every time.)
Example 2: Better than Example 1, the countdown can be specific to each user so that when User 1 views the page for the first time (such as on Monday), it says they have 48 hours to use an offer. When User 2 views the page on Tuesday, it gives them a 48 hour countdown for the same offer as well, while User 1 would see 24 hours left on their countdown. (This is extremely useful as each user thinks there is a limited time, and the time is specific to their visit.)
Either one, or both, of these would make your countdown timer incredibly more useful than it already is, and I am sure this feature would increase the plugin’s sales since the 2 examples above are fantastic marketing strategies a lot of people desire.
Thank you!
Hi ccgmodels,
Thank you for your great message and the statistics you provide!
Unfortunately, we can’t implement all the feature requests when we get them and in the order we get them. Please, accept our apologies for the inconvenience!
We’ll do our best to implement the features you need the most in the shortest possible time, but we can’t yet give you a specific timeline. Much as we would love to give our people all the features they desire, with finite resources it’s not very easy to do it fast.
Thank you for sticking with us!

Hi there!
I completely understand. It’s just that a LOT of people seem to have already asked about it going back more than a year (as I mentioned, 10% of all the comments on the plugin are asking about that feature), so I’m wondering if it will ever be added or if I should look for an alternative plugin in order to perform that feature. It’s also something incredibly useful that I see on a lot of websites, so I’d love to be able to do it with your plugin as I absolutely love the Elfsight catalogue of plugins.
Thank you!
Hi ccgmodels,
Yes, we totally understand, and let us assure you that we won’t overlook this functionality and we keep it in mind.
However, we can’t yet give you a specific timeline. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi, I just bought the plugin and really like it so far. I am trying to figure out a few things:
1. If I create a new Countdown Timer widget and save this, and then go to the ‘Widgets’ area to add to the bottom of my sidebar, it somehow shows up at the top of the sidebar. I can’t get it to show up at the bottom, even when I drag the ‘Elfsight Countdown Timer’ down to the bottom of the widgets.
2. Is it possible to make the widget size bigger? For some reason it turns out very small in my sidebar when I use ‘Elfsight Countdown Timer’, even if I increase the size in the plugin settings. I assume it has to do with padding, but is there a way to get around this?
Current situation: https://ibb.co/m64nVLx What I would like it to be: https://ibb.co/C9NMzpp
When I add the shortcode to the sidebar, the space around it is even bigger.
My site is: https://bit.ly/3ghlFQE
Thanks for helping!

Hi guys – is it possible to set the countdown to reset and repeat when it hits 0? I want to count down to the same time each week (7 days).
Hi Paul,
Thank you for using Elfsight Countdown Timer!
Your use-case is doable with Remaining Time Counter per Visitor counter type. You can configure this type of counter to automatically restart after a specified time period.

Elfsight
Thanks but I don’t think this works? – I have tried
I need to set the countdown to finish at the specific time of 10:30AM on SUNDAY, resetting to repeat every week.

Can we countdown time per product per, per person on a specific wp page?
Hello rwazeralie,
Thank you for your interest in Elfsight Countdown Timer!
With the way our plugin works, the count is individual for each visitor, and you can create several different counts for one and the same website.
