You’re POS for Woocommerce looks really interesting. I have a few pre-sales questions however:
- Is there a daily report e.g. table (to print / download as csv) with sales (gross and net) per (main) category, total customers and sum per payment method? something like Z and Sales by category combined? - I noticed I can add a new products to the cart without adding it to woocommerce). I have however 2 tax rates is there a toggle to add /set the tax rates to a new product ? - Can I set products to only show in the POS and not in my online store ?

Hi, your plugin is good in demo. Wondering if you have any idea in the following questions:
1. do you have any recommendation for free plugin about purchase order system? I see your plugin can have feature for the stock in multiple store (stock overview). However, I would like to integrate with purchase order to inventory update so it can update automatically after receiving the purchase order.
2. Do you offer stock count (to check the inventory physically with the stock overview)? If there is no adjustment but the “update” button is clicked, it may mean the stock is correct. Will you implement this in future?
3. Will you be able to provide a note (for each store) beside the adjustment when adjusting the stock? Could you please add a log record as well so we can see the detailed information of the adjustment such as date, adjustment from X to X, adjustment notes.

2 I mean if you have a stock take (so call stock count) function to check the inventory. And record them in logbook once it is checked.

thank for your interest to my plugin , my plugin have logic multiple store mean 1 vendor – multiple store , not mean multiple vendor . so, the price on all store is same , it is price of woocommerce product . discount / coupon is woocommerce discount / coupon. the different between stores / outlet is stock QTY only. The offline mean Cashier able continue working while internet disconnect , the data auto sync to server again once internet available again. I think you are finding a multi vendor pos, that isn’t my plugin. Thank you!

the barcode help your physical store can use barcode reader for quick add to checkout without search and add manual on POS . just print barcode label and tick on product, if your product already have barcode on product, just update those number to woocommerce product at : admin/pos/product barcode menu. it make the checkout step faster. this is most important for physical shop. as i told begin , my plugin is for physical shop, all features made for staff in your physical shop. So how is it that this works even if we don’t create a customer name?? Because the idea is to ensure or force a customer name to be connected or created before laybuy can work, without that we won’t know which customer name etc paid partially. Also how do we generate a report on those that have purchased partially etc, is there anyway these customers who have paid partially can be sent a reminder either via email or sms etc please. Ok so I have tested the lay buy, I realised that even if customer comes back to make payment, it’s not recorded in the report. How does that work please the report I mean.

How do we test the kitchen view and also table selection? How does the cashier pos pass order directly to kitchen view in offline mode? Or very poor internet connectivity?
When you goto admin / POS/ outlet , each outlet, have a link go-to kitchen view.with offline or poor internet, you can use a LAN network. Xampp install on a master of, use LAN ip as web address. Thanks

Hi, I have a multi store model. That mean same product may have with store 1 store 2 and so on. Whenever Online orders or offline orders comes will it work ? e.g. lets say Colgate paste have one UAN barcde (Unique across all pieces across the stores). In Woocommerce the entry is like store1 colgate paste is different than store2 colgate paste. While pos billing in store1 I want to show the store1 manager only the store 1 product and not stpre2 same colgate paste.

Hi, I checked your premium version 2 issues found. 1. After sale the stock quantity is not decreased. Let’s say I have 2 Colgate paste. I am able to sell 2 colgates 3 times. So total sales now 6 but stock had 2. And now also stock value it shows as it is untill unless I manually sync in settings.
2. I have online multi store but I didn’t find multi store options configured in your demo. I want to give manager and cashier account to each of vendors and they should be allowed to see and sale only their items not other’s. Let’s say I Colgate paste vendor 1 sales at rs 12 and vendor 2 at rs 13. But currently they are able to see both items in their POS terminal. Is it possible what I am expecting ?

Hi, I cant view the tables I have created. Is there a solution? Also, cant download the PWA. No icon coming in the address bar. Lastly, for takeway, i want to remove the “Send to Kitchen” button as i do not wish to use kitchen screen. I do not know how to remove the send to kitchen button. As for using normal checkout, it does not let me choose if the order is takeaway or dine in. Is there a way to fix this? Also, I want to add tendered cash to the receipt. for example, the cost of items was 20, the customers tendered cash was 50, so the return to the customer was 30. I want this 30 to be mentioned in the receipt. Also, I want to individual item notes to be printed on the receipt as well, right under the item name. How can i do that?

but how to add the extra charge I have on Cash on delivery to my price summary of the order?
in my Eshop the cash on delivery have an extra charge of 2$ per order and this is something that is already configured in my Woocommerce site and work for all orders but via POS the extra cash on delivery didin’t added to the order automatically.
product price 5$ + cash on delivery 2$ = summary 7$
I take many of my orders and sell them via phone , that means that after I create the client and add the product to the basket I have to choose the cash on delivery option.
Is there any option to do it? I mean the cash on delivery to automatically added to the order?

you can consider add delivery types as option or variation of product, for example: product A – No delivery price 10$ , product A – Delivery price – 15$ or use a product addons to do it . the default of POS , have no this features, you can add it by manual a cutom item on POS . Thank you!

Split payment is 1 order, 1 time pay with multiple method, pay WHEN order. Laybuy is 1 order, multiple times pay, can pay AFTER order.
