Interested to purchase it but by the looks of it author is not giving support to his customers still lots of features missing out on this product

Free accounts must migrate to a plan that has Custom Domains support: https://prnt.sc/rtqbx5 .
Once you have the Custom Domain support, an option will appear in the client’s administrator area and the client will be able to enter the details of your custom domain: http://prntscr.com/rtqof7 – https://prnt.sc/rtq41d .
We must consider that the super administrator must previously configure support for custom domains: http://prnt.sc/rtq93o .
The accesses to the different accounts can be found in the YaaX description, in Codecanyon.

Its great idea, I want to present this tools to companies and they can have their own internal social media. Can they link their own domains to to this Saas platform?

Can you add the ability for clients to create their networks on subdomains as well as map their own domains so that subscribers can direct their domain to their network by setting up DNS?

There are few things those are very important. 1) Custom domain for premium members. 2) Ability to create ads by users or administrators both. 3) Ability to pay through crypto currency using coinpayment API. 4) Ability to add videos/images from url or embed them directly using embedly etc. Super administrator has option to ban/add/verify any company or user. 5) Verification process and when passed verification badge or tick. This are currently main things that are needed then it will become more powerful and profitable social network.

Where can i setup plans for different packages? What options do i have to create plans?
To be able to edit the plans, you have to log in as a super administrator (in the product description there are the accesses). For now we propose three plans. Which you can adapt to your requirements.

Not bad. But as i can see from your previous scripts, still no cloud storage anywhere. That’s why i never bought anything. If someone who has a lot of connections makes any of your platforms a success, the amount of images and VIDEOS will never fit on a single server after one month. This should have been a top priority on every single one of your social scripts.
Do you plan to add amazon s3 integration or Backblaze anytime soon?
