Hi Team, Very good job! amazing.. I tried to create my custom gateway, and it took me forever to find out that there was in includes/gateways.php in case 900:
$url = $url .’?’ . http_build_query($data);
Which was the reason to make me search for 3 hours to find out it was breaking my configuration.. fixed my issue by updating it to:
$url = $url . http_build_query($data);
I searched in your KBs to find out any documentation to add a custom gateway and was not able to find any. Can you please add documentation or remove the question mark from the code.. I don’t want to lose my edit in new updates

I reverted my changes in the line. I just need to take out ”?” from my url => Thanks!
I am not sure why were you editing the files of plugin when you can use custom gateway from our settings itself. Also for more technical help and information I would request you to create a support ticket on https://help.unitedover.com
I reverted the changes as in my last reply. The reason to do that I didn’t find any documentation about how to add a custom gateway..

When using OTP LOGIN, after getting the otp and inserting the digits, the page loads endlessly instead of redirecting to my-account. if the page is manually reloaded, then is takes me to the page, why can’t digits redirect the page automatically after logging in?

Digits does auto-redirect and as you mentioned your page is loading endlessly, this is a case of technical support as the same is not happening on our end.
Hi, can this plugin be used for 2fa fir my users, so they would need to confirm their login with a text (just like most big sites work these days – amazon…) Also the text messages are included? Is it hard to set up? Thanks
As of not the plugin cannot be used as 2FA but we are working on that feature and it will be available very soon.
I use “YITH WooCommerce Social Login” plugin, if i keep this plugin enabled, this digit plugin doesn’t work and users cant complete registaration using otp. is there any way to use social login with this plugin? after signing up with fb or google, it’ll ask user to enter and verify phone number..please let me know

Hi. Weird question – is it possible to disable the login via OTP option? I just love the login form style and to use it on my site. Also, instead of the ‘Lost Your Password’ text in the bottom right of the form, could that be replaced with ‘Register’?

Yes you can remove the OTP feature totally if you don’t want to use phone number.
And for error being thrown, please select some sms gateway other than Firebase, twilio, aws and fill it up with random api details and save it. You can use MSG91 and fill it up with incorrect details For further technical help please create a support ticket on https://help.unitedover.com

Using Bimber theme with Youzer plugin for registration & login. I want to know if your Digits plugin will be compatible with Youzer.

there’s really no documentation on using a 3rd party plugin for allowing social logins. I’m using Access Press Social login but I’m not seeing how to get it to show up on the custom form I build using the Form Page builder via Elementor.
Why would we have a documentation for this, creating a custom form means you are using separate components and access press is not part of us.
I understand your point, but if your buyers want to be able to do this, I think it would be helpful to provide a guide on using a 3rd party plugin to implement that feature.
There is no limit to 3rd party plugins, people using our plugin even use woocommerce so that doesn’t mean we’ll write out an article on how to proceed with checkout. You are not just our customer, you are a customer of access press aswell, so its their responsibility to write out an article for their product not us, infact there is no connection between their and our functionality, both of these work without the need of other.
how to use google captcha with this? I’m referring specially to the google captcha3 version which the user only has to check a box in order to proceed.
If you are using firebase as the gateway then it already has google captcha, invisible one and it only comes up when needed.
Right, but how do we choose the version of the captcha to be the one where users only have to click and not have to fill out the form based on the visuals that’s shown to the user.
That’s not possible, its handled from Firebase’s end.

Hi, I am trying to use your REST API but it does not work. I contacted the support but they are slow and everytime they say “read the documentation” while the docs are not clear at all. For example, The docs does not specify which parameters for the end point are mandatory and which are optional. When I asked about this, the answer was ” read the documentation”??!! Can you help please so that I finish my project on time.
I am sorry for the issue you faced also for technical support you’ll need to contact our email team itself and if you need pinpoint answer then in that case your request question should also be pinpoint. We don’t use canned response and regarding slow response can you please tell how long are you waiting for response! as I don’t think support is slow if you compare it to any other company out there. Also in this time of pandemic (corona virus) its possible that we can have a little bit of delays and I hope you understand that but even after that our support is not slow.

I am registering with phone number: which fields are mandatory?

And its only the last email which contains the information about the parameters which was received an hour before this comment thread started.
Unfortunately, I am still having a problem. I gave your team full access to my website as admin + ftp and still you are not able to solve the plugin problem. I am not talking about a problem with the REST API, forget this problem for now. Your REST API plugin is not configurable from the admin panel in wordpress. Your support said that I did not give them full permission while I did give them full admin + FTP on the website. Is there a solution?

It means that the multisite permission you are talking about is not there in the account you gave us. Just keep these things updated with the email team, technical support is not available here.
