Hi, I’ve installed the plugin but I can’t access the settings because ‘SmartMenu’ is not showing up in the menu on the left hand side in WP admin. This renders the plugin completely useless. Can you help me? Greets, Hans

I don’t understand. The login details I gave you are my own, (administrator level), so that can’t be the problem. If there’s no solution on your end, then yes, I would like a refund. Thank you

Hello I purchased the smartmenu license yesterday. Once i installed, the smartmenu screen is coming up blank. I tried reinstalling and different browsers. But still not working.

I disabled Elementor, Tripo Core and Tripo Demo Installer plugins and my plugin started to work.
If you’ve not have the updated version of them, you can disable them temporary while editing the menu. And then, enable them.
Thank you it works now. But i have a question: Although i enabled fullscreen menu and width 1000px, the submenu’s width is limited to the edge of the menu bar. İ cannot make a fullscreen megamenu?

I note you have a “gallery” layout on your live preview, which looks like what I’m trying to do with a site. What I want to do is have this set up so it shows the most recent posts from a particular post category, with different menu items being different categories. Is this possible?
You just need to add “Recent Posts” widget to the menu.
Hello. I am trying to format Smartmenu with settings in Appearance > Menu > mouseover icons. I have edited the menu and submenu items, attempting Flyout and Grid views. I save after making changes, but do not see any differences on front end, except for change in color schema. What am I missing?
