It supports CSV only. Excel has an option to export Excel sheet to CSV. It’s easier. Just click Save As and select CSV (Comma Separated…) from the file type.

Currently, it does not support lat/lng in one column. You can write a formula in Excel to convert it to two columns and then export it as CSV.

Hope this helps. If you want, you can provide me the Excel sheet and I will correct it for you. In future, you can use this as a reference.

We did as you said, we seperated the column for cordinates, meanwhile as we use it from gps tracking platform, we have start location of vehicle and end location of vehicle as trip report.

Once we seperated column, we upload same on your software. we could only convert part of it. we could only convert start location only.

How can we convert both start and end location at the same time?

Currently, the software does not support two locations (in one row) at the same time. However, there is a work around i.e. first convert the first location and when completed, then export it as CSV. Then open the exported CSV file in Excel (or other CSV editor) and rename FormattedAddress column (so that its values will not be overwritten next time). Then open the exported file in Geocoder. And then process the second location coordinates.
