Can I set how many time a phone number can resend the OTP for? I don’t want people keep click resend OTP to spend the SMS budget. Thank you!
You can limit the time between each resend and we do have protection against bruteforce of OTP
Is there a limitation when it comes to country of use. I need it for a website based in Kenya. I wish to integrate it using Firebase… Will i ever have to pay for the OTP/SMS service in any scenario? Or i just need to buy the plugin and connect it with firebase (which is ofcourse a free account) and then i can use the OTP login feature?

I have just purchased the plugin. I have a membership site, where members can register for membership. Attached to the same domain, in a subdomain, I have a classifieds section, where members can also login. On that same domain, I have a shop also on a subfolder.
Do I have to purchase separate licences for digits, for the classifieds installation and the shop installation to work on the same domain?
A single license is only valid for a single website.

I am sorry, including country code in username is not possible at the moment, it is only possible with custom development.
As I told you many months ago I often buy plugins but do not use them straight away – unlike you I have a real day job and don’t always have time to get straight into a project. Then I experienced the issues and contacted support who were not helpful. I then removed your plugin and created a simpler solution using a free plugin.
It seems you have to be right so you are right – I am wrong – but I am still sitting with a useless (for my scenario) plugin.
I am sorry, we cannot replicate the issue on our end and no other user has ever reported that their fields are getting duplicated, so it’s definitely something related to your own setup and to check this on your website we’ll need a valid support plan, we would have considered the request out of expiry if it was near it but its been around a year since your support expired and the bug is not ours.

Lastly, we would have really considered anything without looking at the support expiry based on the severity of the issue but you never contacted us for the issue, and just started fighting with us for no reason, we are humans too and have emotions. You went down this road and forced us to ask for your purchase code just because of the language you used. It could have been a lot easier if it was just a polite request, we would have looked at your website even when the issue was not ours.
It was a polite request in the beginning but it declined as soon as you got involved. It’s fine – I cannot get a refund and I cannot rate your plugin because Envato staff just remove it. – I have no recourse at all as a customer. I’ll have to live with this disgusting service.

It was about some VC button where you added our class and it was not working, and this ticket was created long after your purchase code was expired, and to its reply we told you that you must have got that added incorrectly and to check this we’ll need a valid support plan as your support plan was expired long ago, to which you replied this https://i.vgy.me/kzmQcy.jpg, this was literally the second email we got from you and you’re saying that it was a polite request, I am not sure how do you see this as polite, mentioning that the little support you received was poor, really!! You just email us twice before that, once that email thing which was not our at all and another this VC button where your setup was incorrect, both of these things are not ours but we were still willing to help you out with this VC button. I am not sure what were you expecting from us, we are not WordPress support, we only provide support for our plugin, if you face any issue with some other plugin than its not our liability and that too way long after your support was expired, and here is where I was saying that if you made a polite request then we could have looked at your website with expired plan aswell, but this was the email from you in the beginning https://i.vgy.me/kzmQcy.jpg which you consider as polite.

In this ticket you mentioned that your custom field data was not getting saved, we checked your website and found that you didn’t even had any SMS gateway setup in the setting, so how can you expect the plugin to work. Even this was not ours, and yeah, we looked at your website even when your support plan was expired a year back.
I was not using the SMS setting so why set it up _ – it’s ok I’m over this I have made an alternative arrangment with free software. I’ll just have to chalk it down to another bad purchase.

We do already have input masking, you can set it under general settings tab.
But this implementation is better
Okay, so the one you sent is like placeholder masking which shows up before someone enters anything. We are working on this and are planning to have this in future. But the one you sent does not support all countries.
You can add a library based on it. I really like the implementation of such a conclusion. Thanks in advance

Hi, How do I change the link of the existing popup modal in a theme to digits?
I am very interested in this plugin, and also the rest api addon, because I have an android/ios app that requires user/pass login. This passcode function would be ideal. My question is, I have different member levels of logins, free and premium. Access is to certain areas depending on the user role . With the rest api, can that be used to also identify the person’s user role, so if their user role is not the required one, they are not granted access? I hope that makes sense.

I am really sorry for the delayed reply. If you restrictions are based on user roles then it doesn’t matter at all, as the plugin will login the user to the same user role and signup to the one you want. If this is not what you were asking then can you please explain this with some example.

Hello, It works fine just: - I can’t edit/translate default text and links {I Agree Termes and Conditions & Privacy Policy} - When I add a new editable one, the default sill displayed impossible to remove it (2 fields at the same time ) - If possible to set the default case as checked. Thanks

This is something handled by your theme or plugin you are using for this functionality. But you can use plugins like https://wordpress.org/plugins/redirection/ to create redirection.

Don’t know but I got the email after your system processed and validated my license code. I was eventually able to add the addon.
The plugin doesn’t seem to be working as I’m getting an error as well when entering a phone number and using the OTP. ERROR: OH SNAP! TOO_LONG. I did submit a helpdesk ticket about it and am waiting to hear back.
