I have purchased this software way back ago to use for my shop, after installing it starts giving me error, initially support team sorted out but later they start avoiding and not answering properly instead of getting angry while asking for support.
I have installed this application on localhost for testing and thought to make it live once everything goes in right direction like everyone does. When I asked to resolve error on localhost they told me that they can not support on both installation which doesn’t make any sense and fully unprofessional behavior.
I requested again that I’ll do it myself once you resolve it on localhost but sadly no positive response.
I decided to quit this application and need my money back due to their this kind of customer service and amazing technical support which they are claiming here.

Hi there, Thanks for your questions, and see answers below: 1. Yes it prints receipt 2. It is already Spanish supported, you can change the language from the dropdown 3. Integrating payment gateway will require customization 4. We have separate kitchen and bar panel, so when you place order, kitchen items will automatically go to kitchen panel and bar items will automatically go to bar panel. And you can define an item as kitchen item or bar item when defining it.
