Is there a way to use your plugin on a multilanguage webpage? My client purchased your plugin we filled out the text for emails and messages in General settings. I use Polylang but I cant find the text in String translation either.

We have all set for translations in our module, so you can translate our plugin, our other customers are translating these by using WPML string translations so it should be translatable using polylang as well, you can contact with polylang support and get assistance as well.

We bought this plugin and we are starting to think honestly that it was a mistake, thought time will tell. We have Woocommerce upgraded to last version.
We have some questions about it.
We have 2 roles in woocommerce (personal and wholesale). Personal user role is set as default and wholesale as pending approval.
1 – In registration, whatever role we choose, it always registers as the default user role (Personal) even thought we select wholesale. The wholesale e-mails are fired so your plugin acknoledges that we selected wholesale role, but it’s registering as personal.
2 – The admin receives 3 e-mails when a wholesale customer registers… THREE! almost all the same and some with missing info. We need to address this issue.
3 – It is not clear of what a pending account can or cannot do. The wholesale customer as pending can login into the site without any problem. The perfect situation would be that it would not be allowed to login until it’s approved.

1- The extension does not have to do anything with assigning user roles. Can you please let us what plugin you are using to assign user roles?
2 – It just sends out 1 email when the account is created with pending approval and one email is sent when it is approved. You would need to customize the email content as per your requirements.
3 – Yes, this plugin restricts the user from login, can you please contact the support team here for more details and share some info so can see what is the issue and handle it accordingly?

My requirement is that the site owner receives a notification every-time someone registers on the site, and they want the ability to approve or reject the user right from their email (to have a link in the email right away). how to turn off email sending when updating users. We just moved servers and all User Status/Role Request/Status/Role Status columns are blank. I would like to bulk edit, but when i do emails get sent off.

Yes our module is working with Multi sites, but if you need different settings for different sites then you have to configure module separately on each sites, network level settings may not work in this scenario.

Thanks for contacting us, our module works with default WordPress registration, but if you are using some third party module for the registration then our module may be not be compatible with it, also we haven’t tested our module with the confirmation process, By default confirmation process is not available in WordPress so you must be using a third party plugin for this.

There not a such like double opt-in, if you enable manual approval of user then email sent to admin that a user is registered and needs your approval then admin can approve or disapprove.

How to correct them? Another issue : the lost password function doesn’t work anymore. But I can’t if this last issue comes from your plugin or incompatibility with other plugins.
