I purchased the player today and was happy with it. But i found A BIG PROBLEM :
The player IS NOT compatible with all mobile devices. In no word in your description is mentioned that the player is FLASH !
I need the player with iPhone compatibility together WITH THE SEARCH field!
I will contact Codecanyon for a refund, but would be happy to stay with your great line of products!
Do you have any recommendations, any player of yours which would fullfill the task?

You can’t loop through the playlist. When the movie ends, the VIMEO API will put those 3 videos automatically.

Hello when I install this, it conflicts with my http://codecanyon.net/item/simple-advert/131868 If you go to http://www.idiveglobal.com, you will see, just above your video player, a link that says, Advertise Here, usually there, you will find a banner that is part of the Simple Advert Ad Server script, but when I activate your plugin, it makes the Simple Advert banner ad, disappear. Do you know how this can be fixed?

i have this Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /kunden/245832_76534/mydomain.com/wp-content/plugins/lbg-vimeo1-player/lbg-vimeo1-player.php on line 860 issue too. I changed everything on the php.ini like you mentioned bevor. Nothing changed. I can see the player embedded in the source code, but nothing happens. I already sent you a login to my page.

I see in wp-admin a problem. When I go Manage Players->Playlist->Add the SESSION ID is lost. So anything you’ve added to the playlist was not inserted correctly and the playlist is empty.
We’ve updated the plugin a few months again and now it works with any server configuration, as long as PHP SESSIONS are activated. It even works with register_globals=ON (which by the way, is a major security error).
Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about your PHP SESSION loss on your server. I’m 100% sure that the problem is from the server configuration. If you want, I can provide you a testing user & pass to our wp-admin to convince yourself that the problem is not from our plugin

my provider told me, php-sessions is activ. Please tell me all necessary php settings. Then we found another strange thing: the player preview image is looking for “http://localhost/!wordpress/work/wp-content/”.

In this case, there are 2 possible problems:
1. the PHP _SESSIONS are not activated
2. register_globals=ON (which is a major security error). The correct value should be OFF

- yes is compatible with WP 3 .4.1
- using the shortcode you can load the player with the category you want selected. The other categories will be also available if you click the selected category.
- the player dimensions and player playlist can be changed from wp-admin and not from .css, which is much easier for the user.

Got it working and looking great. BUT just realized it does not work on ipad/iphone. Do you have a solution to this? In order to use this is has to be functional and viewable on an iphone/ipad.

Also when I add the shortcode to my page and try to load my video it says “video does not exist”. I know the url is correct and the video exists. It shows my thumbnails properly but when you click on the thumbnail no video.

Can you tell me how to get the thumbnails of video on the side just to be the small thumbnail with no description. Meaning I don’t want the sidebar area with the thumbnail and description to be so wide…. I need to narrow it to fit in a space on my website.

You need to have a thumbnail and a description in playlist. Of course, you can set an empty field for description.
Regarding playlist width, you have in “Playlist and Categories Settings” an input box called ‘Playlist Width’. You can set there, the desired dimension.

I found my problem. I wasn’t creating the css xml file. Why do you need to create so many xml files each time? In future updates would there be a way to create all xml at once?

I have my videos on vimeo pro, they are all password protected will the effect the player? When I load a player I created all I get is the spinning wheel. It works when I load the default player, but not when I add my videos to that player. Do I need to add my account info to the player anywhere?

The controllers are the default Vimeo controllers and can’t be changed. You have a parammeter to change the color.
