In one of our projects, we require to import members through a CSV file which will have email address and phone numbers of various new/members. If we import the users through standard WP Import functionality, will the new imported members be able to login using their mobile numbers or email addresses?
I mean, would this plugin synchronize with the phone number and email addresses we import through standard WP import?
These are the meta we use
digits_phone: countrycode + mobileno; ex: +13214446666
digits_phone_no: only mobile, ex: 3214446666
digt_countrycode: only countrycode, ex: +1

This plugin is not working in woodmart theme’s integration. There is no otp received. Woodmart is a very popular theme. So please make it work in woodmart theme.

I would like to use Firebase as the default Gateway to send SMS to user phone. If it does not work for the first time, then will use the second Gateway to send.
Is that possible?
Does Firebase still send the SMS when the phone not connect to the Internet?

It doesn’t matter if phone is connected to internet or not. SMS don’t need internet connection.

Digits does not handle any kind of emails as of now. You can use any third party plugin free/paid for this.
Forgot your password, email will be sent?
We provide a feature to reset password using phone number and one time verification code sent to phone. Email password reset is handled by WordPress, so it will work as it is.

As of now we don’t support rendering forms with shortcode, these shortcodes are for menu items. We are also working on some better feature for inserting forms and an update might be released within a week.

Is is possible to change the message above to different template ?

Firebase sends code in this format “999999 is your verification code for www.website.com” If you are receiving something else then please contact firebase in this regard

Both of these gateways have been integrated but the update has not been released for those due to some unpreventable circumstances. We are planning Digits 7.0 within a week, so fingers crossed

I need to know if in WordPress the phone number is registered in the “Username” field. I also need to be unable to create two accounts with the same number. I am interested in the plugin, but I need it to work exactly as I mentioned above.
That’s totally dependent on you and how you want, you can have mobile number as username, email as username, name as username or some random numbers as username, we have a setting for this in the plugin.
I can not test the plugin before buying?

The full name is requested in signup process but not saved to users table. Could you advise how to correct this bug?
A bunch of people have signed up with their full names however the full names are omitted from the users list, which are needed for follow-up communication. I cannot now ask them all to re-register. Full name is selected as required in the plugin settings.
