If you can get something working for this I will but it and if you make it SAAS I will buy that and market it reselling it Online. I guarantee many people would buy it.
But I will have my DVR and camera system tomorrow and other options. I just don’t know if there is any way this will work for what I have now to use or not. I don’t know how to get an ip address for my phone camera and laptop camera. I have an IP Address for each but they aren’t just cameras.
If the laptop camera streamed to mobile phone will work let me know.

Will this work to stream video from my laptop to my cell phone? I can have a better setup in a couple days but currently I’m in a location where I only have my cell phone and laptop and I’m using my hotspot for wifi. Having things stolen and a small wifi camera on the way and will have my wifi in a day or two.
But I Really Need Something ASAP to view my laptop camera from anywhere on my phone. Anything that can be done fast so I can leave and keep an eye on my laptop cam?
I had something called iSy but it’s not working now for some reason.

Yes sir it will be run on your laptop and you can check this on your phone through connectimg your cell phone to laptop by teamviewer or anydesk so you are up to date with your camera

could you explain how your application working? are you able provide demo or recorded video
You add an ip of any ip camera and get streaming and also get images from streaming and save these images to your local directory also you can save on cloud through ftp but ftp is not included if anyone need i will added its only capture image from ip camera and applying image processing like brightness contrast crop resize image compression i e jpeg compression also rotation save to local directory save to cloud through ftp if you need video recording i will also added
