Yes. this plugin will keep the left menus, just change the order and icons.
This plugin does not change the page content. just menu.

I have hidden the settings, tools & plugin buttons in the admin via the admin theme. However I cannot go to the admin theme settings anymore. Anyway how I can fix this?
You can go to www.domain.com/wp-admin/plugins.php to disable the plugin.
Or go to www.domain.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=admin-first to reset.
Hi, I purchased your admin theme long time ago but I couldn’t use it because of too many bugs. Now I see you updated the theme but still countless bugs are in there.
1) Cannot choose not even 1 color, so many colorpicker are getting open. 2) No changes is taking place, no changes are getting saved. You should fix this instead of telling people they have wrong permissions. 3) When you update would be nice if you could give us a changelog.txt so we can see what changed, and eventually update the theme.
My biggest question is: When you will fix this dozens of colorpickers getting open? Other admin themes from other authors do not have this bug, and also all changes are getting saved.

1. You can use demo/demo to test on http://wp.flatfull.com/pulse/wp-login.php . the colorpicker works fine. 2. This plugin use cached css file. if the folder have not right permission on your server. then the settings will not saved. 3. The changes are the scss files to match the latest WordPress version.
You can disable some plugins to see if there is a conflict.

Hi, I have installed Pulse, it worked for a couple of hours then I got this in the admin console GET wp-content/plugins/admin-pulse/scss/scss.php?p=_admin_menu_h.scss&ver=5.4 net::ERR_ABORTED 404 plugins.php:49 GET wp-content/plugins/admin-pulse/scss/scss.php?p=_admin_menu.scss&ver=5.4 net::ERR_ABORTED 404
I have also tested it on another domain I get the same issue.

When I save my changes it still shows the old colors. It does not seem to have anything to do with permissions like you described earlier. When I check the changes in another browser the changes are visible. It is probably a cache problem. Can you solve this?

On my wordpress multi-site website, I will offer for each of my clients a sub-domain site with some themes/plugins providing his/her with certain specific features.
My clients must have admin access to their subsites to use them, but I don’t want them to know what themes/plugins I am using.
Is your plugin capable of hiding those themes/plugins, while giving my clients their admin access?

Just purchased Pulse. However, almost everything works fine in WP 5.3 Firefox. But colors don’t update.

Colors do not update. means that the the css file dose not save. you need check your site file permission. use ftp to access the plugin folder and change them to 644. you can read more info here https://www.getastra.com/blog/cms/wordpress-security/fixing-wordpress-file-permissions/
I’ve changed css and scss file permissions to 644, but that hasn’t fixed it.
Try 755 to the folders and sub folders.
sudo chown -R www-data:www-data /var/www

This is related to the file permission. make sure the plugin folder is writeable.

Hi, thanks for this great plugin. It really worth. I would like to once in multisite. not on all individual subsite. I can see that I can achieve this by doing following
“1. Network active this plugin. 2. Go to main site to hide certain menus. 3. on the main site, there is a “Network” tab, choose “Disable on sub sites”
Unfortunately I cannot see “Disable on sub sites” option. Can you please help. Thank you.

Just 2 problems…even when I select ‘Use Default Colors’ and I select the ‘Green’ default theme, nothing changes after I click ‘Save Changes’. I still see the old colors for left Menu Panel and the Top Admin Bar.
I have already deactivated all other plugins. Nothing seems to work. Only rearranging the Menu items works.
The 2nd problem is that the Menu options ‘Hide collapse link’ and ‘Horizontal’ do not work for me.
Would appreciate your help in fixing this.
The css file did not saved on your server when you click “Save changes”. you need to change the file/folder permission

My wp-admin CSS folder is set to 777 permissions. Yet clicking ‘Save Changes’ still has no effect.
Which folders does your Admin plugin need WRITE permissions for?
Would be great if this would be given in the plugin’s help documentation.
it’s wp-content/plugins/admin-pulse folder
If the 777 not working, you need check the owner of the folder.
