Yes thats already done. if you seen the trial version of this. you have encounter an License Activation form which send data to web portal from where i do manage licenses. With this project you will get offline license project included. the Web based license is an separate project you can purchase directly.

Yes, Basic Documentation is provided within the project. This is source code project so user need to have some knowledge of Visual Studio and VB.NET to use this project.

No. this software does not work like that. This is basic Billing Software.But we can provide customize software as per your requirements if you want.

What do you mean by user. is it Multiple Companies or Multiple Users. This software only support single company per instance. There is multiple roles for users available. Yes you can run online by hosting database on online server. for more info check trial version.

Yes in current version Bar code support is added. Yes i do provide customization service. It is possible to provide this software with Access or MySQL database support. I have used Crystal Reports for Reporting ad Printing.

Yes. but for only single clients stores. If you want to sell / Use the end product for multiple clients, Then you need to purchase extended license.
