does this work with every theme and popup login modals?

Yes the plugin works with every theme, but the integration to their own forms totally depends on the theme, if their own forms are built on WordPress / WooCommerce standards then yes it will automatically get integrated to their forms and popup, but if they don’t then in that can you can use our own Popup login modals, they are modern, customizable and whitelabled.

Hi there, Digits is 100% compatible with WooCommerce, but if you want to search for order using mobile number or something like this than this is something which can only be done with custom development as of now, but yes your users can login to their account and then check for all these things.

1. One sms when an user purchase something, I want to trigger an sms along with the WooCommerce email
2. One sms to buyer when the item shipped, etc.
Yes both of them are possible if you have status for shipment aswell. And about emailing we don’t handle that part right now, but if you already have a plugin or feature for that then it will work along with us.

I just checked your ticket regarding this and it was something done from your end, not ours. You changed the settings of your Membership plugin which broke our integration. And yes you did mail us 3 times within 2 hours, btw your ticket is already replied.
If I have a wordpress mutlisite, I can use this on all domains on my network? For example, mydomain.com .. mycooldomain.com… and reallyadomain.com . All of these websites would be attached to the multisite domain.
Yes a single license will work on all WordPress multi-site domains but all those websites should not be separate and should be part of same company and should be connected.
does that means we will need to pay to the sms gateway for every otp request from user ? any chances to do it FREE and intergrate with this plugin ? thanks
Digits comes with Free OTP messages, so you dont have to pay for OTP messages.

Everything works great except for the main feature that I really need for my membership site, that is, “phone OTP verification on the woocommerce checkout page itself”. Because guests can easily skip the OTP if they become users with the social logins like Google/Facebook. So kindly add the feature in the next update.

How to validate the mobile number format entered by customer is correct or not. Some customer enter country code again or some add + sign again. How to enable validation for it.
The plugin already validates all of this, so only valid phone numbers can pass through.

Hi there, there is nothing STEP by STEP for something like this, there are a lot of features so it totally depends on you how you want to set it up. All the articles that are needed are already there in the knowledgebase.

I have no idea what you are trying to achieve and the plugin does not need any development knowledge to setup.

I really need your support. I bought 2 licenses to use at 2 different domains. The first license work fine. I use ClickSend as my gateway. All text sent from first site show up on ClickSend text history. Text come to receiver number instantly. Second license, I just bought today, same setup as first site, just change few words for the name of the second site. It never works. Test gateway on second website show (I changed phone numbers to xxx for my privacy), which the same as on first website:

This is not any error, its the reponse our plugin is getting from your gateway. So please contact your gateway support with full reponse code and ask them about it.

Hello, is it possible to fuse in the login and signup in an existing form such as one created using another plugin like User Registration? I am interested in using the mobile OTP part only in an existing signup and login form.
Hi there, it depends on many factors like if they are using WordPress/WooCommerce standards then yes it will get integrated. Otherwise we have a list of all the tested plugins whose forms get automatically integrated, you can check that on our product page. Or else you can always use our own forms, they are modern, editable and whitelabled. We also have a modal/popup option.

There was some issue with the plugin after deleting it in file manager and upon reinstalling it was working as usual (VPS 4.2Ghz CPU,3GB RAM
Then there must have been any issue with the installation itself. Good it hear that its all working perfect now.
This plugin is full of bugs, which keeps popping from time to time. The worst part is the money that you will loose because account creation gets effected. I have lost more than INR3000 in the last three four days because of this.

Just checked this with the team and looks like you’ve also created a ticket for the same. 2 days back ultimate member updated their plugin with some feature changes and that broke our compatibility with Ultimate Member with some required field options. Its fixed on your site now.

If i click Login with OTP It will login me to the website after verify the OTP . And also there will be two form one for registration with Email and one for Login with OTP ,, is it possible ? and Which gateway will be best for this Plugin ,,
As of now only one form is possible, but we are working on some features which will be available in future and with those you can have multiple forms.
If you want to use SMS for free then Firebase is the option or else you can consider any one whichever you find best
