Just you have to set your own form field and have to customize the coding accordingly. Please note that in this script no php coding included. Hi, if you upload this script in your cpanel wordpress it will not work but if you upload in a html/php site it will work as like my demo server. Also Please be noted that no php file included in this script. Please check details before purchased. At the last step already Showing all input value and Submit button to submit it so that admin can receive the request to their email. Now If you don’t need Submit button then you can remove it from html file and Place anything you need there. For suggestion Recommended solar panel your developer can use php and your site database to export the reasonable and Recommended solar panel.

Please check demo if can meet your demand. regform is a html, jquery script, you will get payment info form but no procedure there for complete the payment process. Please check demo first.
