Hello, We got test notification from firebase but when we send notification from admin panel it doesn’t send it. When we checked then found that admin panel uses “users” table and app makes entry in “registers” table. Please guide how to make it working. We don’t have entry in “users” table.

Admin can not register users it self. Only new users are registered with App.
Yes but when user registers it’s data getting stored in registers table but when admin sends notification it uses data of users table. so users are not receiving notifications.
For this need proper configuration of firebase notification services. Please check your firebase services configurations .
Firebase configuration is proper and we already receive test notification sent from firebase console. So No problem in firebase configuration.

First you need to proper configure FCM
1. download . google-service.json file with your projectid and replace it with project 2. Add Proper server key to your backend gcm_helper.php file.
We upgraded FCM with latest lib so it will not support with lower version of android.
