Last time, 24 days ago I tried to sign in. With migration and all the stuff, I spent about 1 hour and I couldn’t do it.
Now I see that it works. It is hard to say when it will be done. But I do my best to start working on it next week.

Sorry for this delay, every time I use my PC I have the feeling that I need to finish the update asap.
It is 50% ready, and I don’t need more than 1 day to finish it. I just hope that I can find the time to finish it. :/ I’ll do my best!

No longer working with the latest Rakuten update
I’m getting the following error: Invalid token / token cannot be generated. Error: 900903 I also did the following: “That’s a little weird. Try to delete the token manually from your database. Go to (via phpmyadmin) table `options` and remove the data from adad_token
It will generate a new token after that and let’s home it will work.” If I remove the token then I get I get error: Invalid token / token cannot be generated. Error: 900902
It doesn’t seem to regenerate a new token on it’s own.
Any ideas?

Sorry, now I see that I forgot to send the answer.
I checked the issue but unfortunately I couldn’t log in to Rakuten’s APIs page.
The plugin still works, but new API credentials cannot be generated. I assume they changed the APIs.
I’ll try to make an update for the new APIs, how long it could take? Depends a lot on how different these new APIs are.

I am using rakten plugin to import coupons and products which it did but nothing works when you click on links.
For products it shows as product page which is not created and doesn’t exist. Same for coupon it’s referring to URL which should query database and redirect the traffic but never does.
I will really appreciate your help to publish products and Coupons and how to fix this issue.

Ah, your reply. I was busy in office work, did not notice your reply
I tried today. There is nothing adad_token in options table. i removed rak_security_token and tried again. did not work. I removed plugin completely, downloaded fresh files and uploaded and installed plugin. now rak_security_token field is blank? Can we add this manually? Please advise what to do now?

If you are sure that you credentials are good. You can set empty the admitat ad token directely in your database. Open table ;options’, find adad_token and set it empty.

That error comes directely from adminad.com and not from Coupons CMS.
I can send you privately if you want my credentials to test the plugin.
But make sure that your credentials are ok.

as my rakuten account have 50 approved advertiser and your plugin shows only 36
Rauketen Linkshare not auto updating new approved advertiser.

The plugin do not use any cache system, so you are getting the data directly from Rakuten Linkshare via API.
In general the biggest companies are using a caching system for their APIs.
Let’s hope they have a temporary issue only.
