HI I want to know how to install this plugins. I have updated the version to WordPress 5.2.3，So the old plugin can’t play the video properly.
copy paste new files in old plugin folder.

you can use different height for you logo on small screens(height:20px;).
and width of screen (device), after which one logo will be resized(max-width: 500px)
Hello Friend, I have problems with the player, he is showing me the error “No compatible source was found for this media” when having access by mobile or any device other than a notebook. I researched and found that this error is because the player is flash and not HTML5 as it says in the ad and as many browsers have abandoned the flash the player is useless.
1) Not player, flash format that you are using is flash and its not supported by mobile browsers and most of web browsers, rtmp,flv,mkv formats are flash and it’s nothing to do with player. you can playback flash format with bzplayer and other webplayers only where its possible via browsers.
2) Player is html5.
3) You can’t playback flash format with bzplayer or any other web player in browser which not supports flash.
4) Use html5 formats:mp4, hls, mpeg and others.
so pease read all info about player again. also this info is true which you read in internet. but its not about player its about flash format. so use html5 formats, mp4, hls and others like everyone today. if player was flash we will have no sales.

First, go and check theme in main settings, for example default.
if you are using two or more playeres at same page you need ttou use ID feature, type different numbers in this field without spaces for different players.

As i see they wornking fine. You can see all generated shortcode in editor with id feature, you can copy.

Hello, 1) no unfortunately 2) no its just player, for this you need streaming provider. bzplayer is just player where you can add already ready stream urls for playback.

I deleted the cloudflare cache from my browser, I did the installation again by cpanel deleting the old files and installing a new file, has the same error.
you need to disable autoptimize plugin cause your code on page is not ok this plugin autoptimize is modifying all js code from plugins.
or try to go in autoptimeze plugin and uncheck (Optimize JavaScript Code?)

did you use adsense code before? if no just copy full code which is given by adsense. just copy and paste full code in html ads field in bzplayer, if this is new created ads it will apear after some time, no needs for tutorials.

its support https of course. your player is working and you have https domain so.
in movil the player is not working the youtube video and in pc sometimes only the voice works with the screen black
ok so now you need to understand its not about player its about browser. if you are using https on your website you need https links sources for playback in any web player. browser will not allow you playback http links in https website. Just use https in every link which you will put in player. Also we are not giving refunds as you can read in main description.

You dont need to talk about it its very simle just use https links on your https website. yes its called html but you can put javascript there, put all javascript code which adsense will give you and dont forget to chek HTML ADS field.

If you dont have disabled embed feature on, for your youtube videos, you can embed them in player. But to make sure wait till demo will be available, cause we are updating website and it will be available soon. test all features cause as you know we are not giving refunds for a reason.

It’s using shortcodes so you can put it anywhere in wp. it’s not elementor module or plugin its seperate wp plugin.

Hello, its not about player. you have https sources but your website is not under ssl, so browser not allow playback secure sources in unsecure website.
enable ssl on your website or use http sources again this will solve your problem.

No you are using them or some plugin which converts http to https. check console log in your google chrome. hit f12 and after navigate on console tab you’ll see errors from your https videos.

Hello. Vpaid is not supported(flash). only VAST/IMA tags are supported, you can’t switch resolution during Vast playback, Vast has own controls. Also resolution switcher is not creating different quality videos automaticaly, you need to put sources manually.
In this days will be available new demos and features: auto quality switcher for HLS/MPEG streams which will not pause stream.

you have downloaded latest version it was uploaded yestarday. so in this version this bug doesnt exist anymore i cheked.(you need to put different source names in resolution: for example yourwebsite.com/mp4 and yourwebsite.com/mp4-2).
dont know about previous versions if this bug still there but in your version its not. So there will be no refund.

did you test streams on our demo website before purchase and they where ok ? show me one of your hls stream links i will check it.
First check if your website is not under ssl but your streams are https you need ssl enabled on your website too, cause browsers will not allow you playback.
New update will be soon, with auto video thumbnails, auto quality feature for hls/mpeg streams and other updates.
Download product again from codecanyon and install it, maybe you have downloaded version which has some bugs. But hls error is not a bug, this error will infrom you if your stream is not ok.
About your hls streams. player is using official hls.js so if you are not able to playback it first check it here https://video-dev.github.io/hls.js/demo/ if you can’t playback your streams with official hls this mean they are protected by owner domain or they are broken.
